The towels need to be replaced. I mean it doesn't cost that much to provide new towels. The tiny mat in the master bathroom is disgraceful and should be dumped. Why aren't nice linens a priority in such a nice apartment? Also the mattresses in the first bedroom should be replaced and the beds squeak. I read reviews before I booked which talked about the same things and I did ask if they were addressed and was assured they were, but they weren't. These are important things to travelers. Last thing, one tiny bar of soap in each of the bathrooms?? Really?? You can't provide a bottle of bodywash or a couple bars of soap?? Spend a little to move from a 4 star rating to a 5 star rating please

The location was awesome and close to everything we needed. We walked everywhere we needed to go as our car rental got messed up so it was a bonus with the location. We really loved the apartment. It was roomy and nice. The staff in the office, especially Dallas were super accommodating and friendly. She allowed me to use her app to call an Uber as we couldn't download the app. It could have been quite a stressful weekend with so many things going wrong but Dallas really helped us out.

The bed in the front bedroom was very uncomfortable, a sloping feeling. The other bed was squeaky and any slight movement was super loud. The two beds are super close together and if you are a larger person, you wouldn’t be able to squeeze between the two. The guest bathroom could use some updating, as the tub/shower may have been clean but it didn’t appear clean. The bottom of the tub is stained blackish/gray. The walls were dirty and the shower curtain had mold/mildew. Bath towels should be replaced. The ones we had were old and discolored (white towels with yellowish and brown stains) The screened in patio is nice, although it made the bottom of your feet very dirty. I suggest wearing shoes if sitting out there. I do want to note that although there are things that should be updated, I would stay here again. I just wouldn’t sleep in the guest room unless the bed is updated. The couch is comfy.

I liked the open space and quietness. The kitchen is a nice size and comes equipped with the cooking basics. My mom stayed in the master bedroom and said that the bed was comfortable. The master bathroom has a double sink and large walk in closet. There is also a TV in the master bedroom, although we couldn’t figure out how to work it. The washer and dryer worked well and was a nice addition so that we didn’t have to go anywhere to wash our clothes. The living room/dinning area are very comfy/cozy.

Just I did not like only one thing and that is that every time you flush the toilet the pipe makes a very strange and loud noise

The toilet on the second bathroom makes an awful noise that would woke up everyone - the pipes sounded like they were about to explode - needs new sheets, pillows, towels and the beds make a squeaking noise.

The kitchen is big with lot of space and is well stocked, easy access to the property, very quiet and well located near publix, aldi, walmart, not far from the beach, good internet. Parking in front of the property, pool is small but nice and not overly crowded

This property was beyond our expectations!!! The unit was beautiful and clean. It def has everything in it you need. the owner was amazing and was available instantly for anything. The property around the unit was amazing. Our family loved the pool, clubhouse and waking around and looking at the ducks, turtles etc. We will be saving this property for the future!!!!

They should have rented a recliner for us. Or kept track of future renters requests! We're all over the age of 60 through 80 years old, not fair.

U We specifically asked about the recliner in the living room area, we were assured that there was a recliner prior to booking the stay. The furniture was changed and no recliner was included in the apartment, one if us after surgery needs to only sleep in a recliner, they would not rent one, it was terrible having to find a hotel room to sleep 6 of us after the pre-wedding dinner, this establishment ruined our evening having to move our things out after 10pm! We were refunded, but not fair!

There was NOTHING wrong with this property. We connected with host via text and phone and he was very responsive and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. We already recommended it to friends.
