It was not as clean as I would’ve like for it to be. The floors do need a good sweep and mop, so be prepared to bring house slippers to not dirty your feet. The downstairs bedroom did have the screen ripped off when we arrived, and it me feel a little unsafe because of the area we stayed in, but, it did not hinder our stay in the slightest. There were some damages left from the previous tenants, so my advice would be to check the whole town house and immediately notify the host of any damages and include pictures with your text! The issue was resolved but follow this advice for any place you stay at if it’s not a hotel chain.

I loved how much space this property has. The bedrooms were far enough apart for enough privacy, especially considering I traveled in a group. There were basic kitchen essentials, available, such as plates and utensils, soap, and a sponge for cleaning the dishes, as well as toiletries in the bathroom, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash towels were also provided. The refrigerator was nice and new and had plenty of space to keep our food in overnight. The Wi-Fi ran great throughout the townhouse, and there was all types of streaming services found throughout each of the TVs in each room. I liked that each bedroom has its own bathroom. There was private parking on the property and the garage was attached to the unit so it allowed for easier access in an out of the car. It was easy to get into the townhouse itself as the instructions were very clear, and the host was readily available to answer any questions I had. although the location of the townhouse was not precisely disclosed on Booking.com, it was still very close to all of the locations that we wanted to visit while in LA.

I only have one issue, the parking. This would absolutely be a non-issue, as the property has an attached garage for renters, except I have a very LARGE extended cab, long bed, 1 ton truck! There was NO possible way for us to use the garage & there were ZERO accommodations or other options available to us. Take in the fact that it’s not the greatest area, busy street right at the freeway on-ramp, and we were doomed! We were towed twice!! (Yes TWICE) despite being parked in area not clearly marked as being in violation, and others (obviously residents) were parked similarly but not towed! While the host was sympathetic, they could/would not accommodate other arrangements on the property (very strict guidelines that include towing and fines if you park outside your assigned accommodation - which was violated by the second night adjacent renters btw). Ultimately, this parking issue cost me a grand that seriously put a bummer on the trip & my pocketbook! I mention it here to hopefully save another from this experience!

Wow! What a great set up for a group stay experience! This property has single baths for 3 of the 4 bedrooms, not just the master! The layout of the place was perfect for staying with my sister’s kids, them upstairs & my husband & I tucked quietly downstairs! The house was clean & generously appointed with everything we could have needed in our short stay! The owner/property manager was very attentive and friendly. And the property welcomed my furry travel companion as well! I would definitely stay again…

It is very roomy and the beds were so comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom! The kitchen is really nice and spacious with a fridge with water/ice (nice touch). It is centrally located and was easy to drive to many sites without planning mega drive on the freeways. We went to K-town, the Getty, Venice beach, Santa Monica and the observatory and all were easy to access. Also, it is 1/3 mi away from the an amazing panaderia (and Starbucks). I also felt safe and secure.

The townhouse is huge there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have some privacy. The beds are super comfortable and we loved the TVs in the bedrooms. All in all a fantastic place!!

The address was changed before the arrival. The address was not near the originally advertised one. The area we ended up in didn't appear very safe. Also, it was by a highway and a 6 lane busy LA road intersection. The house had zero insulation. Hence, it felt like cars literally driving through the house. The arrival itself was challenging too. We didn't get the doorlock to work to enter the property. I repeatedly asked to speak to the host, who only offered me making a video of us failing to open the door to try and help by messages. I think it took us about 30 minutes to get in. The bed of one of my friends had some frame for probably a moskito net or curtains. One of the bars was loose apparently and fell onto her when she laid down. None of us four got much sleep over those two nights due to the noise. We would not stay in this property again. It is the first time I have encountered such an issue on booking.com for a highly rated property. I have no idea how the rating is so high for this property by other guests....

The fast that it was a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house, and was quite new built.

The location of this property isn't the best or safe. You have a car wash next door which brings alot of noise and beds are not the best. The property itself is spacious and provides you with alot of space with a big group. The parking can be a pain as we had a car that blocked the garage door and couldnt get our hired car out. We had to knock on other apartments to find the owner of the car to move it.

Host communication was great and responded quickly.

The location of the apartment is not as published in Booking. There is car wash next to the house and it makes lot of noise during the day. There is a cell tower few feets from the house outside of the window of the rooms.
