Spacious and well planned rooms! Price and location

This place is exceptional value for your money, with views from your room and the rooftop that that are truly stunning. I was surprised the rooftop wasn't crowded. The room was quiet and large with a very comfortable bed. Walls could use a little clean or painting but the floor-to-ceiling windows make up for that small flaw. The location is very convenient to access the subway or walk within lower Manhattan. They don't offer room service but they have a dedicated lobby area for delivery orders and the staff are so helpful. The staff's kindness and attention might be what sets this place apart. They pay attention to their guests and go above and beyond at every opportunity. I've already been back for another stay.

Location excellent - very convenient to all the places we like to go to in Chinatown and SoHo. 2 Double bed room was spacious for NYC, great for our family of 2 adults + 2 teens. Staff was very friendly and let us know about a complimentary walking tour of Chinatown (which unfortunately didn't fit our schedule). Also enjoyed the common gathering area on the 2d floor.

The hotel should consider making "grab 'n go" items available on the second floor, and should expand its coffee service offerings and availability.

The rooms were well-sized, especially given the NYC market. Check-in and check-out was easy. The meal options were limited, but the hotel has cleverly utilized its old restaurant space on 2 to give groups a place to dine using delivery services. The rooftop bar was a pleasant surprise. And the location is extremely convenient to Chinatown, Little Italy and to the nearby courthouses.

We have stayed here several times, and I had mentioned that we would be celebrating my husband's birthday during this stay. The staff really stepped up (and beyond)! Not only was there a bottle of prosecco waiting for us but they'd upgraded us to a spectacular suite with exceptional city views. Mahical! Every staff member was friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to James, the manager who really made our stay one to remember.

Everything was good, I am not a big Chinese food fan so the restaurants nearby weren't really my favorites but that's just me. Others might love them!

Great staff and very easy comfortable stay. Enjoyed having a small mini fridge and coffee/tea in the morning. We were able to have our breakfast at hotel and then hit the city. Close walk to two subway lines.

The shower in the bathroom had a nice design but was not that functional - water spread all over the bathroom floor and the water pressure was average.

The prepaid breakfast left much to be desired, and the ordering process was somewhat unclear as it wasn't directly provided by the hotel and the whole thing just felt like an after thought. In hindsight, I regret opting for the breakfast package, despite its affordability. It seems you truly get what you pay for in this case.

The hotel room was spotless, with the staff providing exceptional friendliness and accommodation; the modern feel of the room and bathroom, along with the rainwater shower head, added to the overall comfort.

Outer appearance of hotel, lobby and lobby service were a bit underwhelming - we weren't sure what we were getting until we got into the nice rooms.

Room was very well sized for NY. Tasteful modern decor and in good shape. Roof terrace is nice.

I wish the rooms had microwaves to heat up leftovers we brought back to our mini fridge. We got confused about the drink special on the lobby sign. It's NOT for the roof top bar.

The beds were comfortable. The views are incredible. The staff are amazingly accommodating! We loved being in Chinatown.

Wished there would have been vending machines and complimentary breakfast. The cafe that served breakfast for purchase was cute and had nice options. Coffee and tea were complimentary.

The quality and views from our room were phenomenal. Moreover, our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooftop venue was also beautiful with immaculate views of the city .
