Walls were paper thin on the 11th floor. Room was smelt a bit musty but got better once the air started circulating.

the lifts were constantly out of order - and took forever to get out the building. And the breakfast was so minimal. not that it can be helped but the construction site next door wasn't ideal...! The wooden decor felt very dark and dated (pesonal preference!)

Grab and go breakfast, not advertised as G and Go on booking.com, breakfast staff not very friendly or helpful, slow at replenishing the pastries. Walking round with AirPods in, so couldn’t hear you when you tried to speak to her!!

Grab and go breakfast, only 2 items per person but many mornings nothing was left even half an hour before the breakfast finishes.Could be added at least some juice. 1 out of 3 elevators worked, so lots of time was waisted just to wait for them. And many times were full.

Big room. The staff were very nice and kind especially the cleaning lady. Good location, quiet room.Very Comfortable bed. Nice view from the room. Very nice view from the rooftop.

Only one elevator for 15 floors, it took forever to go downstairs, we ended up using the stairs (we were on the 13th floor). The breakfasts shouldn’t be called breakfast but coffee and muffing to go.

The gentleman at e laggage area Daniel was really nice. My hotel room had a good view, water pressure and temp was great as it was cold a snowing, the location great close to subway and attractions.

Only 1 of 3 elevators was working, no coffee left in the grab and go breakfast area, business center computers were locked and no one in the hotel knew the passwords. The male concierge annoyingly initially sent me back up to the business center saying he'd send someone up with the password who never came, then when I came back down 30 minutes later made up an explanation that was patently false about engineers and lights being broken when the lights and the computers were all perfectly functional; they just needed the password to be unlocked. The female concierge very helpfully just printed off the two pages I needed to print. Overall I have stayed in much nicer Motel 6's.

Keep in that mind you should pay security deposit when you arrived here it is 150 dollars and you should pay it with your credit card. Credit card should be with your name. Room is really small. I couldn’t even open my large luggage in the room. If you are coming from Europe probably will surprised about the breakfast. On booking it says breakfast included but It is just grab and go. There are muffins, fruits and some bakery products. They put really small amount of product to serve so they put the new ones after the ones finished. That’s why probably you will wait for the new ones If you won’t catch the right moment. Coffee also runs out every 10 mins and you should also wait for coffee if you visit here at the busy time. Also bakery products are not fresh.

Location is awesome. Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff was kind to us. Especially thanks to Erdal. He was really kind. Room was clean and everyday they clean the room. It was really nice to see room is clean and organised after traveling around the city and come tired to the room. They also put every time new coffee and cups also they have a decaf coffee option in the room with coffee machine. Also If it is your first time in US and a security doubts I didn’t feel insecure in the hotel. It was safe.

Poor breakfast..just few old croissants,3 options of fruits, water, and horrible coffee /tea. Not ever butter..when I booked the hotel, this page offers a continental breakfast..which is not close to being true. Some members of the staff were not friendly or supportive.. specifically the lady that did our checkout

The breakfast could use some improvements but it still managed to be enjoyable overall. While the premises show signs of age, it adds to its charm rather than detracting from the experience.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise: The room rate was reasonable for its quality; the cleanliness standards were high, making my stay comfortable; staff members were kind and helpful, ready to provide assistance when needed. A standout feature of this hotel is its rooftop that provides stunning views of Lexington Avenue. All things considered, this hotel offers excellent value for money with its combination of affordable pricing, cleanliness and commendable service within a classic setting.

Clean, small room that efficiently packed in everything needed. I had read they don't have coffee pots in the room but I opened a closet and there was a coffee maker with the usual supplies. I didn't take advantage of the included to go breakfast items. My exoerience was good. No problems at all. With very decent linens and towels in a great location, a good value.

There was construction outside the windows of our first room (which was supposed to be a queen but was more like a double). I asked if they would be working over the weekend and the bellman said no but that was untrue!!

Once we upgraded the room was great!! If it was not a suite, the rooms were small and more industrial like the Madison Square garden location but more finished so just sparse without a lot of room but the essentials covered.
