Beds were hard and the pillows were absolutely terrible. I forgot to bring my pillow. The for beds to be mopped with a good mop

It was convenient to the beach and the concert venue. It was a relaxing vibe. Wasn't too bad. Overall good stay. Loved having the little kitchen

Typical beside apartment like others I have stayed at. Not modern at all but has everything you need. Could have been cleaner but I think it is just because it is old why it didn't seem clean.

It was a very large 3 bedroom apartment. The staff were amazing!

Maybe an upgrade on the living room furniture. More diversity in the kitchen. Only one skillet. There was one area that wasn't any use. This area could be reconstructed to make the price more palatable.

I cooked for myself. Having access to a kitchen was great. It helped me save money. Saving money and having the space for my family was big.

Not well maintained. Interior is better than the exterior which was run down. Did not clean the room while we’re there.

Location is very good. Close to the ocean and the boardwalk.

From the moment I arrived with my child I knew I should have chosen another hotel to stay at. I waited for almost an hour before I saw anyone at the front desk to get my room key. When we went into our room it smelt like mildew and trash.. The beds had hair and pieces of food in them. The shower had hair on the walls and floor. We only had one towel for the whole weekend and when I asked for more I was told the towels we are allowed are in our room. The air conditioning system hardly worked.. My child left stuff behind and when I called and asked about it was told it wasn't in the room . We know we left it there... Nobody followed up with us even after vocalizing my concerns about the condition of the room.

I never write bad reviews but the website was not accurate to the property at all! The pool that was advertised was dirty & empty in front of my room and my room didn’t have a outside light except for the parking lot next to it which was dim. The man who was the front desk/ maybe the owner was very friendly at first but after I told him upon my checking out that he false advertised his property he then blamed his staff and didn’t even care if I was satisfied as his guest and for $260 for a room that was half in construction with insulation hanging out of a wall fixture of some sort, no outside light and a leaky outside pipe that was pouring water out on me while I waited for him to open the door because I couldn’t see in the dark…I got this room because it was rated 8.9 which was a lie - when I asked why the pool in front of my place was cracked dirty and empty this owner basically said the pool I seen before me was under construction and I’d have to go to the front hotel where I had to check in at to go swimming which was a totally separate property on the beach strip not even in the same vicinity as my room! I was like this is really like a joke but then when I went to sleep later that night and woke up to the above guests upstairs full conversation permeating through the ceiling into my room and that was 5am and then sounding as if they were going to fall through on my bed…it got worse once they got intimate I could not only hear them in HD but the wall was shaking disrespectfully and their sexual noises and moaning was so loud I couldn’t sleep until they stopped 1&1/2 hours later after I said oh come on I’m trying to sleep… to add insult to injury the manager called at 10:45 am a few hours later to rudely remind me check out was at 10:30 am and I need to bring the keys to the room and check out like now! I replied basically that I had overslept due to only being able to sleep for like 3 hours and was exhausted!

Awkward entrance. Not clean. Dirty grill and everything around it was dirty. My wife went to use the blanket on the futon and immediately had to put it down. (Brown stains when it was open) Had no idea what it was. At least it covered the duct tape on the futon. Toilet paper holder was broken off of the wall. (2 half rolls were left by the sink for use).

The location was close to the main walking strip.

Could use so updating but on that note the owner just acquired the property.

Great location!!! It was also nice not being cramped into a tiny motel room with the family, plenty of space.
