We had to move apartment as our initial room had a leak from the apartment above. New apartment was really big and spacious however could of done with a new carpet, the stairs carpet had been cleaned and was still wet when we arrived. But on the whole it was a nice place and perfect location. Car park was a huge help.

Staff was fantastic, helped us throughout our stay. Location was perfect, unfortunately the Wifi or the TV didn't work in our apartment bur we didn't really need it.

The cleaning could have been better. Anything higher than 1.5 meters (~5 foot) was not cleaned and had layers of dust (e.g. refrigerator). Paper towels and small items left behind were visible behind cabinets.

We got an upgrade to the penthouse which was a very nice and spacious apartment. The location for visiting LA is excellent. Secure parking included. The neighborhood felt save.

The outlets in the dining area suddenly didn’t work. The garbage disposal did not function and the bath tub drain in the 2nd bedroom was slow to drain. The shower head in the shared bathroom was defective.

Location was great and the unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a family to stay in.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

You can’t get any better location, seriously. The apartment is convenient to so many sites, and especially great food choices. Aziz, the owner, was very attentive and friendly. Apartment is spacious and bright, with the 2 story high windows. It also comes with parking spaces for 2 vehicles. Facility comes with access to pool and gym. Just a pleasure all the way around.

Flat could do with a redecoration. Stains on the carpets, dirty blinds and marks on the wall could easily be fixed and it’s not deep cleaned but cleaned to an average standard. Pictures need updating to represent the apartment as they don’t match

The apartment is great, very spacious and light and centrally located. A much better value than a comparable hotel.

Cleanliness needs to be improved, it felt like the kitchen cutleries and cups were not washed thoroughly, the bedsheets had hair and didn't have a fresh smell to it. Some of the lights were out and needed to be replaced, and when we were there, the apartment garage was not working and there was construction noise (drilling and hacking). BUT this place can be given the benefit of the doubt, it's a really nice place. cozy and quiet at night.

I really loved the location and the size. The apartment is spacious. The check in was seamless too. This unit is located in the miracle mile vicinity, its close to koreatown and beverly hills. It's good value considering you get a 2 bedroom with an extra mattress.

Only one remote control for access meld to complex planning with others in the group. Would have benefitted from a few mugs in the property and maybe instructions for the waste disposals but these are suggestions only rather than grumbles.We had a great time and are very grateful.

This is a great space, the location is in the middle of everything we wanted to see in LA. The views are extraordinary. Eric gave us a really clear and simple set of instructions and was very helpful. Plus the pool, hot tub and workout room were great. We would definitely stay here again.

For all that Central Apartment has to offer, it was disappointing that the space was not better maintained. In general, it was dirty and the carpets had many stains. Since it was such a nice place, I don't want to be negative but be warned.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Central Apartments. As a family of 6, it is challenging to find a place to accommodate all of us so that we can stay in the same place. Our room at Central Apartment more than fit the bill, and the parking and pool were highlights as well.

Light in the master bathroom would flicker. But everything else was perfect.

Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms and bedrooms well stocked with towels and linens and toilet paper and kitchen towels. View from apartment was amazing. Check in and checkout were very easy processes. Parking spaces were easily accessible. Apartment was very clean.

It is a bit on the outskirts and far from UCLA and Hollywood street which makes it overpriced. The third bed provided was very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise.
