Everything was perfect.

This is a hotel you do not want to miss. My husband and I are picky. We are traveling cross country, and this has been one of the best hotels we have stayed in. THIS IS THE PALCE TO STAY IN CEDAR CITY!! Just as pictured, room tastefully decorated, extremely clean, and easy check in. Breakfast was also excellent with several staff serving and cleaning.

A tad noisy if you are on the side of the carwash that blares "beep beep beep PLEASE DRIVE FORWARD" at any time of the day and night. Ask to be away from it if you can. But it was my second or third time at this hotel and I will be back, it's still a good one

The breakfast was usual hotel breakfast (we passed and ate out instead) and the heater/cooler was very noisy at night.

Warn the people about the chicken restaurant next door. I got food poisoning there. At the hospital they said they had seen quite a few patients after they ate there (Zaxby’s)

The rooms were the old fashioned motel design, two floors with rooms lined up along a long balcony (or parking lot facing if you were downstairs.) The only windows were in the front, so you couldn't leave the curtains open as people walking past the room could look in, so the room was dark. It was not spotless - there were some marks on the towels and bed linen. The mattress and pillows were quite lumpy. However the staff, the breakfast and the location made up for these small imperfections.

The staff throughout were the stars of the show for this hotel - they were all very friendly, thoughtful, efficient and helpful. The breakfast had a much better selection than normal hotel chains. There were hot options such as sausages, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal and biscuits with gravy. There were also healthy options such as fruit, whole wheat bread, whole and low fat milk as well as oat and almond milk. They had a selection of other breads, muffins and coffees, teas, yoghurt and juices.

Additional parking in front of rooms would have been nice and looked kind of like a motel on outside, not fancy on outside. Don’t let that fool you, rooms are really nice.

The Abbey Inn was a great choice. It is centrally located , close to campus and the rooms were immaculate with very updated decor. We slept great in the comfortable beds and staff were friendly and accommodated our late ck out request. The entrance to the rooms are outside but an elevator provided for 2nd floor rooms. We were’t able to have breakfast there but looked inviting and cute building. Sorry we missed it.

Site said "Oops something went wrong on our end, please try again later" which I did but the site in fact had completed my reservation and when I tried later it completed everything fine resulting in a double booking.. the front staff took care of the problem immediately though.

During breakfast I had an interesting experience when I needed to ask for more egg for my son because it was the only thing he was eating for breakfast. I can understand whey they prefer to serve but it still was unpleasant for me. The wifi is horrible.

It’s our second time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great, the pool is amazing for relaxing after hikes.
