the tv wasn’t working we had to call someone but they came fast to fix it . also upon entering the room the room smelled of cigarette smoke and the shower wasn’t clean but the rest of the bathroom and room was clean.

The only thing that I didn’t really like was the smell in my room. It smelled like old Indian food in there and that bothered me. I usually bring room spray for that very reason but I forgot it and ended up having to suffer through the awful smell. I ranked cleanliness midway ONLY because of the smell in the room. I’d stay there again but would have to make sure the room looks clean AND smells clean.

I love the hotel I think AC’s are the hospitality industries best kept secret! This location was no different. From the lobby, to the bar, to the room, to the rooftop! I enjoyed it all.

the opaque rolling bathroom doors are very hard to open from inside the bathroom. especially for kids or elderly. Bar is expensive.

Breakfast was the only point of contention for me. I do not eat eggs and so the breakfast for me was not worth the money. I would like to see an option for waffles. Maybe some better choices for breakfast meats such as bacon and sausage.

The parking in the deck and having to walk to the hotel didn’t feel too safe, especially since I’d gotten in late and was alone.

I didn’t like it $40 to park a car even if you have handicap. I didn’t like that the property didn’t have a microwave in the room nor in the building. I also didn’t like that the room was so expensive and the water wasn’t really hot. the price was not worth it. didn’t have a lot of attractive things. The room was basic.

I like that the floors was tile instead of carpet.

The parking was tight and you have to pay extra to park. I'm not used to that. The soap was very masculine and odiferous. The water doesn't stay in the shower. The sensor on the bathroom light picks up the bed movement so the light turn on and off all night which is very annoying. Breakfast is not included and there really isn't anything you'd want and the lady acts really extra in telling certain guests over and over again that the breakfast is $15. If you can afford $200 a night for a room, you CAN afford a $15 breakfast if they had anything to want. She really needs to stop and the following guests around the breakfast area was too much. In the sink area, the lights are spotlights from overhead which cast a terrible light on you so its hard to put on makeup. The ironing board can't be used in the area its stored because its too skinny between the sink and the fridge and I'm not fat. The fridge fogs so bad you can't see in. There is no microwave. The safe is exposed out in the open. They hang the floor towel in an awkward spot. The TV is hard to watch its too big and too close to the bed. The room is too small. The elevator key thing is annoying. I have had to do that before and didn't like it, but I didn't expect that at this facility. Basically, the design is beautiful for pictures but none of that stuff is practical its just really nice to look at.

The look of the place was really nice and it was really quiet. The check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were nice. The decor downstairs was nice and I love the high ceilings. They had Häagen-Dazs at the front and other items that were nice to see and unexpected. They had food and concierge but I fell asleep and can't really say much about amenities outside of the room.

AC hotels are great. They are clean, modern, and spacious. For the value, you have a comfortable and nice stay. I would recommend AC hotels to anyone and everyone. It’s better to pay a little extra and be happy and satisfied than cheap out and be miserable! This AC was near and within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops (Target included!!). All very much within walking distance!
