Hotel was clean, close to Mall of America. Staff was great we got there early, they allowed us early check in and parking.

Although the room was quiet from outside noises, the hallway tended to be on the more noise side when people spoke and moved around.

The room was very clean and quiet from outside noise. The facilities were also very clean. We liked the location not only close to a restaurant but also to the mall.

We stay here because the car charging is so convenient; more convenient than charging at MOA, which is poor( 4 chargers for the whole MOA.) Breakfast is great and the hotel is just an overall a great value.

Paying for parking. Room could have been slightly bigger.

Room and hotel were comfortable and modern. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Bathroom was modern, liked the rainfall and also handheld shower heads. Did not love paying for parking but it was nice parking in a covered garage. Nice proximity to MOA and to jump on highway to get to other nearby places. Would definitely stay again. Restaurant next door is good.

The first receptionist informed us that they did not have our reservations. She did call other hotels, but pretty much told us we were out of luck. It wasn't until Tracey took over that they were able to find us rooms and figure out the issue.

The staff at the desk were very accommodating when Booking.com did not book our rooms under the name as expected. When we arrived none of the information from Booking.com was on the hotel computer and Tracey (receptionist) was diligent and creative in ensuring we had a place to stay for 6 people.

You are charged to park and the ramp was very full.

The hotel was extremely accommodating with our arriving past midnight due to our flight from California getting in so late. The hotel was a welcome surprise after the flight. It was very nice. Very clean room, comfortable bed, and the shower was perfect.

Our room was right beside the elevators and the music in that area was extremely loud and at times you could hear it in the room. You do have to pay to park in the garage and it didn’t really make sense why with there obviously not being enough open spaces in front of the hotel, especially with restaurants sharing the space, & they were redoing the parking lot so most of their spots weren’t even open.

The location was excellent. We did drive to the mall, but you could walk. The room was very nice. The hotel staff was friendly. The food in the hotel was great, but there were other options right outside the front door. They also provided us with a large coupon book for the mall upon check in.

NO Airport Shuttle??? Sad. You would think you could run a shuttle between multiple Marriott hotels to the airport. Had to pay for Uber.

Hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable beds and quiet. Great location near MOA and airport. Hazelwood Restaurant next door was very nice, great food and ambiance!

When we sat outside for a drink you couldn't come back in without going all the way around to the front door when you wanted to order again.

Lighting is pretty dim in the rooms. Would love a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for makeup.

Facilities were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Loved having a place to get a late night snack/drink. Easy to find car the airport.
