Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This hotel is the perfect location in downtown Greenville. It overall is a great AC Marriott. The bar area is really cool and the breakfast is great. I highly recommend this hotel mainly for the location and ambience! You can walk to everything…. falls and trail, shopping and restaurants!

United StatesThe water in the sink…there was enough pressure but it was such a small amount of water. Strange. At first I thought it was conservation…but then realized had to use longer to wash the soap off!
Great location. Housekeeping staff and daytime reception staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean! A little street noise- but we were on the second floor. They allowed us to check in a little early so very helpful and appreciated. Paloma had a great musician and lovely cocktails.

United StatesThere was a bit of construction going on during our stay, loud buzzing/sanding very early on two mornings we were there. Also, I’m not a fan of the “every other day” housekeeping. Hotels are expensive, daily housekeeping should be included in the rate.
Beautiful property centrally located to all things downtown Greenville. Very clean, nice LVP flooring. Beds were very comfortable.
