The room was well equipped but the basics and very clean. The bedding was comfortable, no complaints there. It was a very convenient short stop. I imagine it would be convenient for longer stays, it's attached to a mall, so you will have everything you need. We didn't try the pool, but that also looked nice. Parking was super convenient and free.

There was music until 11 pm at the pool and started very early also. I reported my discomfort with the front desk and it was immediately resolved.

Hotel is directly adjacent to the Dadeland Mall and shares parking with the mall. Which is probably difficult under normal circumstances, but during the Christmas holidays (Dec. 23 - Dec. 25), it was a nightmare. Hotel should create dedicated spaces OUTSIDE of the mall parking structure so that hotel guests can get in and out of the lot in less than 40 minutes (and no, that's not an exaggeration - it took us 40 minutes to get out of the parking structure on one occasion).

Everything except parking. Room, staff and amenities were all excellent. Location (with exception to its physical connection to a shopping mall) was very convenient.

Minor issue- bathroom amenities didn’t include body lotion.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance to multiple stores and restaurants, in a safe community and close to the airport for out of town travellers. Staff was accessible and helpful. On site restaurant was good and prepared orders very quickly. There were multiple elevators so I never waited for a long time.

We had an issue with no hot water in our sink. It wasn't until the following morning that I thought to reach underneath and open both shut off valves. We finally got hot water - it was just on the cold side. The shower water was not very hot either. A shame as the bathroom is wonderful.

This is a lovely hotel on the Dadeland Mall property. We chose it for its convenience to the mall and to Baptist Hospital where we had a schedule appointment. The staff (everyone we came in contact with) was exceptional. The lounge is lovely, Parking is convenient and free. Check in is at 3 and check out is at noon - hard to find anymore. The property is clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are beautifully appointed. Was very pleasantly surprised. Would stay again in a heart beat.

The value is insane for miami. The location is perfectly central and even connected to the mall. I would expect this kind of new clean and fun hotel to be twice as much. We have stayed there multiple times now.

Ordered food a few times from the Resturant Generally good value except for the Mini chicken empanadas priced at $13.99, it is a rip off!!! Did not expect 4 very small items, the size of wontons! Compared with the chicken tenders at $14.99 ( just $1 more) which is a decent sized meal. Checked in on Saturday, housekeeping never serviced the room on Sunday. I requested toweled etc Another day they forgot to replace coffee and cups. This has happened in the past during a previous stay They were very apologetic and subsequently provided the items. Gym facility is excellent! Exceeded my expectations Person ( young man) on duty when I checked in on Saturday afternoon was very good , friendly, professional and helpful
