Would have loved to have a little coffee machine in the room and a few times the room cleaning was a little less than ideal (forgetting new soap and leaving a cleaning rag in the room). You’re definitely paying for the vibe, which I get, and also hurt a bit at times (especially with the Canadian exchange rate)

The pool was fantastic and just the vibe we were looking for. The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. The location was also close enough to everything without being in the thick of downtown.

The jacuzzi was down the first couple days we were there but they made up for it in other ways.

Great food, drinks and music. Super clean rooms and friendly staff. Loved having bikes available to get around. And bingo on Monday nights is a fun low key event :)

Nothing really to complain about. Sole areas might need a makeover. It feels anbit as if the best times are over. But potential to rise to full bloom again.

It‘s still a cool place to be. Nice staff. Cool music. Relaxed atmosphere. Certainly needs a makeover in some areas. But we liked the vibe. Would come back anytime.

Is a bit pricey

The hotel was very entertaining at every step. With nice restaurant, and bar. We only spent one night attending a wonderfully organized wedding, but everything was great. Staff was very friendly and professional, common spaces were nicely decorated with mid century modern vibe. I wish there was a small espresso machine in the rooms to top it off!

We had a great stay at the Ace Hotel. Very relaxed vibe, which was welcomed after a full on week working in LA. Super big, cosy bed, and we enjoyed the room. Loved The Kings Highway for lunch, and loved the relaxing by the pool area. Really friendly, helpful staff.

We were disappointed with the room due to its parking lot view, we had a toddler and we hoped for a better option with a little terrace maybe ? Though nicely decorated in boho style, it lacked the comfort we hoped for compared to the rest of the facility.

The architecture of the hotel/club is stunning, and the swimming pool is the highlight of the stay. We loved that it was open at night, creating a lovely laid-back atmosphere. The food in the restaurant is really tasty. Moreover, being in Palm Springs adds an extra touch of charm to the whole experience !

The price per night in the shoulder season in the dead heat of summer is a bit higher than I’d expect. Found a cockroach in my room. Didn’t bother me too much, just unexpected.

Love the experience Ace offers, the vibes are just right. Music is great by the pool, food is decent. Room was positioned right by the pool which was great.

Food and drinks are exorbitantly priced. To be fair, all food and drinks are expensive in Palm Springs, but everything here is $5-$10 marked up from that standard. I could also have used more natural light in the rooms, but this is not a huge deal as I don't take vacations to spend time in my room.

The pool area is great. It is not the largest pool, but there was ample seating all around, access to drinks (though extraordinarily expensive), and there was a good vibe. By my own tastes, they consistently played great music (Motown, 90's and 2000's hits) and it wasn't too loud. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
