I got bit by a bed bug. After it bit me a 3rd time I jumped up turned on the light and caught it and put it in a baggie. I brought it to them. They were in complete denial saying they didn't have bed bugs. Obviously they did. They were rude to me and my 12 yr old daughter who had to take care of me for the next 24 hrs. Then they lied and said i was allergic to my own cat. Ha!

They were rude when I clearly was bit by a bed bug. When I called today because they then took out another 80.00 out of my account. He told me " so what". Unbelievable

the rooms are in need of a renovation the sheets and blanket are burnt with cigarettes I believe someone who smoked must have burned it. The bedroom door had problems opening. I think they should separate the bedding for smokers and non-smokers

The staff was rude when it came to me wanting extra linen. They asked if I wanted service but requested I bring my dirty linen all the way downstairs for them and get my towels instead of servicing like a normal person. I'm the guest not the employee why should I be requested to do your job for you. Covid precautions are understandable but to have a guest bring linen all the way to you is unreasonable.

Weird stains on floor and sheets. Cigarette marks on sheets. Our room smelled like a combination of cheap lotion, cigarette and urine. Worst hotel I ever stayed.

Very clean & updated rooms, we had king bed & the room was still huge! Microwave & refrigerator both in room & brand new! Absolutely no evidence of any bugs or insects which is a must not have for me! Very kind & accommodating staff! Definitely stay here again & recommend to all.

No ice machine available. Front desk guy said not working. Housekeeping lady called and asked if we needed anything. I said yes, towels. Never was brought to the room. I called again, no answer. He said I needed to come to office to get the towels.

There are roaches in room 114. The toilet lid for some odd reason would not stay up I literally had to hold the lid up with one hand while I used the bathroom. The sheets had stains on them. And i had to be super close to the tv for the remote to work.

Toilet in one of the rooms. It was not flushing well. When we told the front desk about it, we were handed a PLUNGER to take care of it. Could they have moved us to a different room? Not going back to that Red Roof again.

Didn’t provide lotion, had to get bottle of shampoo downstairs because there was none in room and no water for breakfast (was given 1 bottle of water from front desk though, which was appreciated)
