I was stuck in the Solar Eclipse traffic and was 3 hours late. The owner had dinner waiting for me when I finally arrived. Delicious food and breakfast was wonderful with warm popovers.

nothing, everything about this place was great.

The host was very welcoming and made sure we were happy about our experience. We were given a quick tour of the property and then shown our room, where the host made sure that the fireplace in our room was working. The room was very clean. The food at the restaurant was great and the team was willing to accommodate our dinner even though we showed up 15 minutes before the closing time.

It was an amazing stay! Adair Country Inn is lovely, spotless clean, super cozy. It felt like staying at our family’s rather than a hotel, the vibe of an old family home for sure. Staff was great, very sweet and accommodating. Very helpful as well, parking area is down the small hill and we had troubles getting back up on one of the icy mornings, so Ben and another gentleman kindly helped us out by throwing some sand to top off the ice. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, definitely a very qualified chef. Great location to ski resorts, too, just about 25min drive to Bretton Woods and 15min to Cannon Mountain, 7min to downtown Littleton with lots of cute shops and restaurants. Highly highly recommended overall, great value for money!

The staff weren't the friendliness bunch we've met but were helpful when needed. The shower in the huge tub was a bit tough to use for us seniors. That was a high step in and out.

The location was like a secluded retreat and quiet but with a convenient access. The room was a bit funky with a few steps down to the bathroom but with charm. The view toward the back was lovely. The breakfast was EXCELLENT--plated set menu with an assortment of cold and hot courses. We didn't have dinner there but imagine it would have been a lovely meal as well.

The Inn is for sale as of Sept 2023, and the grounds looked in need of a bit more attention. Otherwise wonderful!

Beautiful Historical Country House on a hill sorrounded with acres of lawns and flowers beds, with views of the White Mountains. Judy met us at the door and made us feel so welcome. Our room was large with a gas fireplace and comfortable sitting areas. Breakfast included PopOvers, a fun treat. Wish we could have stayed longer! Good location off 93, with a 30-minute drive to the Cog Railway up Mt Washington, and not far to Flume Gorge.

Everything was pretty much spot on, but we would have liked to have had our room serviced (bed made and used cups etc changed) - but since we were only there for 2 nights it was fine.

Stay at Adair was amazing - it was the perfect place to give us a taste of New Hampshire in the 2-3 days we had there. Staff were super, friendly and helpful, accommodating our requests as best they could. Setting is beautiful, breakfast out of this world, rooms incredibly comfortable.

Bed was slightly small for us, but still had a pretty good night. The garden was not in terrific state when we were there, though also we may have been too late into the season. Really, nothing major to complain about at all. :)

Great experience right from arrival, with a quick tour telling us about the background of the building and the estate, etc. The building and estate are lovely, dinner was delicious with wonderful service.
