Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect location on the main street in town. Elegant hotel with well-appointed and thoughtfully designed rooms. Linens and beds all comfortable and very high quality. The bathroom was huge with radiant heated floors, beautiful tub, and high-tech toilet w/ heated seat, bidet, and air dryer for the bum! I swear, the bathroom alone is worth the stay! Also, the on-site restaurant, The Morrisey Lounge & Bistro is quiet good for lunch, dinner & drinks. Has a lively pulse.

They didn’t tell us there was a charge for valet parking - we would’ve parked on our own. Also they said the mini bar was complimentary but there was nothing in it except water, coconut water and chips and 1 cookie. They gave the impression it was something it was not.

Our shower didn’t drain properly and after being out all day our room wasn’t made up. We had to call for replenished towels and sundries.

The location was perfect. The decor was beautiful. The premier king room was very comfortable. The restaurant was convenient and delicious.

There should be more available car parking for guests. A statement in the rooms about the hotel's environmental/climate actions, e.g. how to be sure to get new towels only if requested, what should go in the recycle bin, etc. I didn't know there was complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning until the second day. The hotel should have that on a card in the room so that guests can know.

Breakfast was outstanding, truly one of the best I've ever had anywhere. They are to be commended for the quality and creativity of what is often standard fare in most places. The front desk staff was excellent, warm and friendly and helpful.

Our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel suceeded our expectations in every sense. Since we love the luxury and comfort of our room. The drinks and snacks offered were courtesy of the hotel for the first run, including two small bottles of wine, coconut water, spring water, and freshly baked goodies. The fantastic bathroom with a modern bathtub and glass door shower as well as tasteful amenities and impecable robes! Breakfast was not uncluded during wintertime, but we learned that it is included during summertime. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at one of the restaurants in the hotel. We will definitely come back!

Given the state of the planet perhaps we could do without the electric, heated, massage toilet and the electric shades and curtains. The light switches in the bedroom were practically invisible and largely inscrutable. Please simplify!

Excellent staff and fabulous room. Thank you for extra feather pillows! And the free drinks and snacks in the room were an unexpected treat.

The fridge could have been colder but that's literally it. Everything was perfect!

What isn't to love about this place?!?!?! It's incredible, from the beds, to the staff, to all the little details. It's amazing and you need to treat yourself every once in a while. Just do it!

really nothing. i mean, one of the 4 shades in our room didn't go up, but that's hardly a crisis. and i didn't care enough to call down for someone to come fix it ... because, really...

sometimes you think: is it worth paying more for a nicer hotel? and the answer in this case is 100% yes. thankfully. easy valet parking, big rooms, very (very) quiet. lots of hot water. no noises. no neighbouring suite noises. no 'staff having fun in the hallways' noises. all the basics you'd hope for: safe in the room, charging pad for phone (tv remote), coffee machine. but also lots of extras: comfy bed, warming rack for towels, automatic shades and drapes, silent heat, and treats at 8 pm :)

A wonderful freshly appointed hotel room. I’m obsessed with the Japanese toilet and large tub. Such a friendly efficient staff from the valet parking to front desk to maid service. We’ve now eaten at two of the restaurants and Char is our favorite in Saratoga. Delicious steaks frites and cocktails. If available we won’t stay anywhere else but Adelphi.

loved it. So well appointed. The decor was very classy. The amenities were high end. Mini bar snack and non alcoholic drinks complimentary. Comfortable and soft towels and a heated toilet seat!

Parking was frustrating- couldn’t find the temp lot and didn’t feel like need to pay $20 for valet. I just wanted clear direction on where to go.

Cookies and drinks left in room were such a treat!!!
