Not being moved at the last minute. This is something that I have never encountered in any travels anywhere. Though Bay City was not that much farther from where I had to be in SFO, I would have preferred to have not been moved at the last minute.

Nothing. I never actually stayed at the Adrian, because I was moved to Bay City (128 Jones St) at the last minute. I was boarding a plane LAX bound for SFO, and got the text that I was being moved to Bay Hotel, at 128 Jones St.

Starting with the entrance, was not easy to find. Had to ask the liquor store where it was. Homeless and druggie surrounded the building. After being buzzed in passed a lady shooting up in the staircase. Got to the attendee and asked to check in and see the room as nothing looked anything like the pictures when booked. Keypad didn't work to room. Room was very small, just a bed and small bathroom, and this was the upgraded room. Felt very unsafe so we did not stay. $93 to not stay because it was past cancelation period. Do not recommend bringing women or children here.

Didn't even stay. Place was terrible from the start. Only plus is its close to alot of attractions. The attendant on duty was decent and overall polite.

No early check in

No towels in the rooms. Wouldn't allow a 30 min early check in so literally had to wait in the office area (no chairs or anything to sit on) but they were very lenient on me the next day when I decided to stay another night but didn't have all the cash to cover it . They let me pay a split payment at two different ties of the day . Would recommend if you're just looking for a lowkey chilled back place to sleep at for a night or two but not the cleanliness of it.

property is in a bad neighborhood, room was outdated, I booked a room with a bathroom, shower was dirty, like if they mopped and threw the water in the shower, the TV was off, I connected it and it didn’t have a control, decided to unplugged it. found a roach in the shower. Tenderloin Area is Bad.

The location is not far from BART station. we can walk or take a bus. Near the Asian and western restaurants. The staff is helpful and nice, especailly, Mr. Eddy

Everything except the price was bad. Neighborhood feels dangerous due to numerous homeless and aggressive people around. Loud noises during the night from the street that cannot be blocked by a window. The place it self is rather worn out and dirty.

there was a weird fight that broke out around 1 am it was very hard to go back to sleep after that.

I liked that there were microwaves on every room. The owner is really doing as much as possible to make the place nice and affordable. unfortunately, it is in a crazy area of San Francisco and he cannot do much about that.

That the hotel was hosting people that was visible high from the street, so it felt really not safe to stay there. Downtown is visible full of homeless people, but because of the liquor store right next to the hotel, the street was full of people all day.

Good grief. This place is nasty. I got in super late and when I pulled my covers down there were a bunch of blood stains. I requested new sheets, they gave me one new one. This is one of those types of places where they put in a minimal amount of effort in an attempt to maximize profits. The result is nasty facilities in an already nasty neighborhood.

There really isn't much to "like" about this spot.

Not clean and towels given were stained. Street quite unsafe and full of homeless people and dirt on the ground. This place is basically located in one of the worst spots of San Fran.

Central and staff is very nice, especially the two guys at the reception.

There were no towels, burn and holes in the bed, smelled like someone smoked a pack a day for 5 years , television didn't have cable, or a remote. Elevator didn't go to the street .... Should I proceed. By far the worst place I have ever stayed in.
