Well, it’s not what it used to be.

I’ve stated @this hotel a number of times. It was awesome before when they catered to the people that were on a cruise.

Smelt rooms. Very humid, loud noise in the AC

Loud noises , people banging on my hotel door , smoking , the room had a smell and the bathroom wasn’t that appealing.

The bed was comfortable and the location is in a good area.

Bin there 5 nights no maid service The bath tub couldn't bathe in it. Was dirty.the door a big gap under it had to stuff it with plastic bags

I did not like in the middle of the night/morning people who live there i guess making so much noise while you trying to sleep. And taking out $100 deposit for the rooms not worth it.

Very thins wall’s between rooms, could hear everything the neighbors said or did. TV only have smart tv internet was horrible so tje tvs didn’t work. tje room smelled musty and moldy. not a great experience, will not stay again here

The rooms are like bare bones! No tissue, no soap, only a few channels on the TV, Windows are pulldown shades instead of blinds or curtains. Either everyone can see in or it’s very dark in the room. You could barely get the door open and had to slam it each time. The cleaning staff was great, but the rooms don’t have a phone and it’s really hard to find the desk manager.

Our room was very clean and the location close to the airport was great.

There was nothing to make Coffee in the room or have something to boil water in case I needed something Hot to drink. Even 2 bottled water I believed could have been in the fridge to drink comolimentary after travelling so long and far. I had to put down my stuff and head back on the road to get something to drink and eat when I should be resting. Some of the furniture in the riom needs changing. There was a leaking in the roof where the toilet was in the bathroom that dripped water exactly over the toilet seat where you're sitting so discomforting.

Not much to say I liked but I regret that I didn't get Breakfast there, whether complimentary or to Purchase. I would have loved if it was available on the Property because it would have save me some precious time driving to find else where.

The facility needs to renovated, painted and cleaned better in some areas.

The staff that I came into contact with were pleasant especially the young male manager and tried his best to accommodate his better when there was a concern.

The front office closes at 7 p.m and the area doesnt feel safe.

Nothing/ to old and run down. Need to update the hotels. I would not stay there again. The doors are broken and has so many holes in the locks. You will not feel safe and protected and I really want my money back :(

The hotel was way too expensive for the quality you got. Trash everywhere outside of the rooms.

The room had no phone, too much strange people hanging outside of the rooms at night, very noisy, persons were smoking pot at the pool side, it appeared more of a shelter or temporary housing for persons.

It's wasn't clean roaches was in my room it was noisey and police was all over And people hanging out around the place needs painting and extra cleaning.

Nothing about it it was my first time there staff was polite.
