Not much room to eat breakfast, no bar on site, plastic cutlery, not the cleanest in dome areas, staff know very little about the local area.

For $87 it did exactly what was necessary. If you need a cheap stop off to break up a journey it's fine. Big rooms comfy beds.

The whole hotel was outdated and hastily "refurbished", with very little soundproofing. I fell asleep hearing a couple being "friendly." There were random people hanging around, and due to the location, I was worried about vehicle theft or vandalism, but nothing bad happened. While ok for just me, I wouldn't have the rest of my family stay here with me.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The price was fair for what was paid. The staff was great, and very helpful while checking in. For one night, it was ok. I did appreciate the security measures they had in place, as the area it was in was somewhat suspicious.

I was not a impressed by the set up of the room , basically the only place to watch TV was in bed and did not care for the shower. The water was hot but there was no handrails and floor was slick tile

this is an older location that is being remodeled. Rooms are very big and clean

There were some minor cleaning issues in the room, a musty smell on the first floor, and the elevator was slow.

Some things needed to have more attention to it, the key card reader at the back door was raised and had a sharp edge and I cut my shoulder open walking past it. The A/C felt like it would cut on and off during the night so I woke up more than a few times sweating

The indoor garden was very pretty, rooms were comfortable enough and spacious after a 8 hour drive so we weren’t super picky on that front. It was close to good food nearby and the highway which was nice too. Bathroom was far nicer than the room itself though which was sorta weird. Seemed like it had been renovated but the room hadn’t

Comfortable Bed. Spacious Room. Cleanliness of the whole facility. The facility being the former Alabama Hotel, Baymont was able to renovate without removing the old school charm. For the value of the rooms, this is well worth it.

Delay when entering the elevator, waiting for the door to close. Also, breakfast was a grab and go bag due to renovations. Had I known that before I booked I definitely wouldn't have booked

Was a little pricey for mold in tub, a gauge was taken out of door and spackled over with a completely different color. outdated ac unit.

Flooring felt like it was coming up. Bed was WAY too soft. Shower tile on floor had too great a downward gradient around the drain: I almost fell stepping into it. Breeze from the in-room heater/AC was so great that it was hard to sleep.

I liked the location relative to my purpose for being in Montgomery. Bathroom was very clean.

The hotel is dated and requires maintenance in various areas. Breakfast was a bag snack. I thought it would be a hot buffet.

We stayed two nights; the first the room was quite cold even with the heat turned up. The next night we asked for an extra blanket and that helped - it also seemed like the heater worked better. As others have pointed out, the only breakfast was a paper bag with a few small items. We ate the banana, but the others were quite sugary, so we did not eat them.
