I am an early riser and would prefer breakfast at 6 or 6:30. Also prefer not having to walk to the office to get my first cup of coffee.

All the rooms had outside entrances and it was set up like a typical motel. It wasn't bad just not what we are used to.

The staff were pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was good. The rooms were okay.

Likely a different room & on the second floor would have been better for our needs. The room we were given was awkward & could have been cleaner esp the washroom. It was dark, a bit damp & too cold especially when we arrived.

We really liked the pool. The Gym & Breakfast were quite good. Nice that we were in walking distance to the Old Town of St. Augustine as we were able to explore this amazing City!

Rooms could use a refresh.

Conveniently located from all major points of the city. Decent breakfast with enough variety. Clean floors and linens.

The room had a VERY HEAVY mildew stinch, due to the nasty shower curtain. Front windows did not open to air and Old fan bathroom fan could not clear out CONTUNUOUS stinch. You had to ask for your room to be cleaned 24 hrs in advance or empty your own trash and replace your own thin towels. What happened to Customer Service.

Breakfast was great. Room was very roomy and bed was comfortable. Most of front office staff was nice and helpful.

We stayed an a building separate from the main hotel. There was a restaurant across the parking lot that got a little loud. It wasn’t a big deal but I would have preferred an option to stay in the main building. There was also noticeable mildew and soap scum in the back of the shower. That surprised me in such a nice place.

The motel was lovely. Very historic looking and welcoming. The rooms were large with nice sitting areas outside of each one. If we needed anything, the staff was extremely helpful.

Parking right outside my door. Air conditioning very quiet, easy to operate. Bed comfortable. Water pressure great for showers. I liked that housekeeping does not come into your room unless requested for longer stays.

The light in the bathroom of our first room did not work. They moved us to another room. The second room had the smoke detector dangling from the ceiling. I attached it but in the morning it started beeping and saying low battery. Also we did not have a remote for the TV. They had to bring one over and program it. They were very nice and quickly fixed the problems but that was a little too many.

The housekeeping is annoying, you have to request it everyday otherwise they won’t do it. And the housekeeping itself isn’t very good, they don’t clean that well. Mostly replace the towels. If I didn’t want housekeeping, I would’ve gotten an airbnb.

Really great value for money. Breakfast buffet is pretty okay.

After I checked in, I went inside to check my room and I found hair on my bedsheet. I had to go downstairs to get another room.I was extremely tired because I had been driving for 15 hours before getting to the hotel for me to go back Ddwnstairs to change my room That is ridiculous.I was super tired all I wanted to do was sleep. There was also water outside of the room the bathroom was not clean properly, couldn't even watch tv the connection was horrible, I was gonna get breakfast the jug that contains the coffee was really dusty people can get sick like that.so I went out for breakfast.
