When I made the reservation, I was not shown other options. I didn't realize how big the facility was and was unable to stay near my family.

How far away the hotel room was from the resort. . Expected to be in the main hotel. . But instead we were over a mile away.

I like the paining on the wall and the kids loved the bunk beds.

Not enough towels for the amount of guests, found several ladybugs in the room. Charging $10 for a pack play is unheard of. Never been charged for a crib anywhere I’ve been. We brought our own.

I didn't like not knowing which building we were booked for until check in. The parking distance for people not staying near theme/water park, especially in bad weather.

Location wasn't too bad, was close enough to other things and food. Pool wasn't to crowded and arcade staff was nice.

Had to drive to the water park. Not connected in any way to walk indoors skywalks. Parking lot was partially ripped up. Maybe a repave happening? A hazard to anyone!—as my granddaughter tripped and fell not seeing the difference in the parking lot. We were in building B. Upon entrance the unit to our left had busted out windows and covered with plastic. Made us think is our unit safe? We thought busted windows might be a break in??? So for My Olympus as I saw how many complexes they now own ; my feeling was they are for gaining profit and lack esthetics. Didn’t like going to one building for checking in and then having to drive to our unit. Ever think of checking in at the units. Maybe a kiosk at unit sights. I felt at checkpoint which wasn’t busy herding us through the maze. Customer service should be aware and directed us towards counter vs. going through the maze . Felt like I was at the airport.

For a Saturday I felt as though the indoor pool closed too early. Especially if you are only there for the weekend.

Rooms are extremely outdated and not the cleanest. The towels smell terrible from being kept in the cupboards in the hallways. We had very noisy guests staying right above us. Children running back and forth and yelling until 1:00am. Tried to call the front desk but connected to customer service with no answer.

Family enjoyed the Waterpark and theme park.

All the extra's you get roped into. States lockers available, but it was $30/day for a locker. 1 small towel per person for the water park. No easy options for breakfast that is not included. Had to go a mile away from main area for registration. No good place for families to play games/cards in the evening or before parks opened. Theme park had arcade games that you had to get a points card for (expensive if you want to play more than 5 minutes). It's a roll of the dice as far as the quality of place you stay at.

The bunk beds were cute. Having adjoining rooms was nice. Back road to the water/theme park was nice. Life guards were great.

On our first evening there we spent the first hour trying to get a float for my 4 month old grand daughter. I made the property aware that we would have a baby when I made the reservation. We purchased a float which we were unable to use. Had this been explained in advance we would have know. To go straight to a supervisor and get a special small float ment for children my granddaughters age. This made us miss the opportunity to make a time share appointment which we promised the rep we would call her to make. Also the security door to our building stayed unlocked during the day

Water in all pools are ice cold. So many kids shivering and/or didn't care to swim due to how cold it was. Food/drinks were pricey.
