Rooms didn't have coffee, and could have been cleaner.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room could've been a little better cleaned, but beds, shower and toilets were all clean.

That is wasn't next to water park We never got notified that our roo.s were ready and what room they were til we went and talked to a very nice housekeeper supervisor Shower was messed up had to mess with handle to get warm water

They wouldn't allow my booking through Zip because I didn't have the physical card (it was booked online) and so I had to do a refund and end up paying in full with my debit card. Had I known that was going to happen we would have just stayed home and not even went, part of the reason I chose to do this was because booking.com allowed me to use zip (pay in 4) and Mount Olympus should not be a hotel listed if they don't allow that as an option.

Staff were pleasant, our room was located near an entrance/exit door which was convenient.

We were in a building directly across from Lake City Social we really liked it there and the night lights was amazing!

The door handle was not in good condition and would not close well. There were cockroaches too.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Seemed to have been jumped on severely and springs worn out. No security whatsoever upon entering the waterpark. Anyone could just walk in due to no one checking wristbands. Lockers were not affordable to store items. Check in was nice except for the desk next to the exit with guy harassing to try and sell us on a timeshare.

Great to have Waterpark on site and easily accessible. Room was clean. Good value for off season stay. Check in was easy except for it being off-site and check out was great

When I first checked in they put us in building 23 which seemed like the farthest from the waterpark, the room was small, spooky and next to a cemetery. YIKES! We were not happy with it so we paid to upgrade and get a closer room to the water park.

We upgraded to a double queen bed at the hotel and it was a lot more roomier then the first.

The mattress on the beds suck, the pool could of had lounge chairs to lay on to relax.

Waterpark was fun kids had blast. Nice and spread out. The Medusa slide was a fun experience to do

went to water park. 1/2 of it was closed. Two slides open big one with turn style closed it was running but closed. we came for the water park outside all closed only two slides open. rip off should have gone somewhere else,

I didn't like the fact that they put my spouse and I in a room that smelled like a retirement home. Also didn't think it was to smart to put us in a room that seemed to be for the handicapped.

The room was spacious and I feel was the right size for the occasion.

Only 2 roller coaster and 2 go cart tracks was open. All other rides was closed. When we pay the fee we want to be able to use all the amenities that they have to offer.

Rooms were clean, check in was easy. No long lines and we went on a weekend.

The room we booked online was not the room we got. There was not a coffee pot in room (very silly thing to complain about, but as coffee drinkers and staying at numerous hotels in the past, one would have been great).

Staff was very helpful wherever we visited. The passes for the parks included in the price was awesome! Location was great distance to and from the parks plus, food options were great! Will definitely be back again!
