The Front Desk was so Welcoming Pool was Large and Clean and the kiddie Pool area was Great for my Grandson! Our Bathroom was The nicest I've EVER seen in a Motel

The location could have been better. I wanted a place where I could walk downtown from the hotel without having to pay for parking. Unfortunately this motel was a little too far away. I was able to walk downtown pretty easily, but if you're older or have young kids its a bit of a treck. The staff was kind enough but they didn't seem to communicate well and when we requested that they clean the room when we left at 9am they didn't come until 4pm when we had already arrived back in the room. They were very nice though!

The room was pretty clean for being in the dells. The shower curtain had some pink mildew growing in the corner, though, which was off-putting. I liked the set-up with the pool, kiddie pool, and playground outside near the hotel. The bedding could use some updates but the beds were comfortable.

Wasn’t fancy, just basic ‘motel’ style lodging. Lighting indoors could have been better. More usb outlets and bedside table room. I think this hotel would benefit just by updating bedding (no heavy bedspreads, which are not laundered every stay) and changing up the lighting.

Plenty of parking. Close to restaurants and attractions without feeling like you’re actually in the attraction. Nice pool and comfortable beds. We were checked in by Noah, who was kind and respectful, very professional. 😊

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

My only real complaints would be that they only give you 2 small flat pillows and there was no lamp on the nightstand so you had to get up and shut the light off before bed.

The rooms were nice and clean. Looked newly remodeled. The shower was nice big and had good water pressure. I loved that we could open the windows instead of having the air conditioner on all the time. The hotel was a little off the main Dells area, but it was great having it a little more quiet. Loved the shuffle board.

What I didn't like is so bougie and not more than really that. Literally they are remodeling😃 so I'm sure the Shower heads and rather smallish T.V's may still be in the yet to come list. But if not oh well still a great place.

How understanding of my late arrival. How clean it was inside and out. All the little things for kids to do. And a very well kept pool and kiddie pool. And it was deep.

The blankets smelled a little

Perfect for family with kids due to the playground and kiddie pool. Room service is good and Haleema, the summer intern in the check in office, was so helpful and welcoming. I surely recommend this place as it’s 10 minutes away from the downtown and all the attractions offered by Wisconsin Dells
