How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It's an older hotel, needs updates, 2 TV's in room where old box sets, towels are the thin cheap kind. Shower head old barely shot water out. Shower curtain didn't keep water in, floor was wet. AC in main room didn't cool but units in bedrooms did.

Dish soap could have been provided since it's considered a liquid for anyone flying with a carry-on. No coffee/water provided in lobby like most hotels.
Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Good location with ample parking. Kitchenettes are good to have available for longer stays. A little more reasonably priced than other nearby hotels in this outrageously high-priced economy.

Very dated. Can’t remember when I was in a hotel that didn’t have flat screen tvs. The microwave was manufactured in 1999, which is indicative of the age of appliances and furniture.
The suite layout was great with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting area and kitchen. Staff at check-in and departure were lovely.

The kitchen cabinets were run down. The fridge door was rusting. Coffee pot but no complimentary coffee. Carpeting was stained pretty bad. No breakfast. The parking lot was not lit very well.
The 3 employees we interacted with were very friendly.

The carpeting and furniture need steam cleaning. Everything is very old.
Location. And it nice to get up in the morning and have coffee and breakfast in the room thanks to the kitchenette.

Dehumidifier in main room was very noisy. Front desk staff told us we could have shut it off after the fact.
The facility was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. This was a good value for a last minute booking for one night.

Could benefit from a little TLC. Bathroom tiles were chipped, tub was stained. I joined a queen bed on bookings.com but wound up with a double.🙁
Helpful and professional staff made our trip much more enjoyable with dinner suggestions and directions.

Everything is very old and worn out.
The two bedroom suite is actually 2 hotel rooms plus one living room/kitchen/sofa. The layout is very good for family or big group. It’s a real kitchen with pots and pans.

Musky smell, very dated furniture and living room TV carpet I think is what was holding the odor, no USB port most of all no coffee anywhere in the whole facility to even purchase. No silverware. A little depressing.

Hotel was very stingy with the ice. No self serve machines.Nothing in room no coffee/dish soap/broken coffee pot. All 3 beds were spring type every mattress was worn out with big worn out spot in middle , very challenging to sleep on such a worn out mattress,!! dehumidifier sounded like a freight train in the middle of the night. Did not bother with the out dated tvs that were in the room could not get one in living room to work didn’t waste my time trying to make it work . I have not seen a tube style tv in at least 10 years, very outdated. Carpet in room was so dirty , after getting out of the shower ad walking back and forth a few times our feet were BLACK as if we were walking on an Ink pad! ??
No breakfast offered supplied my own food and beverages and ice,!! Very quiet didn’t have any issues with loud noises or neighbors. Pool was quite nice

Everything in the suite was very outdated. We had the feeling that we were thrown back in time for more than 20 years, all furniture can certainly use an update. Our son had no idea about the bulky device in the living room, it turned out to be the TV. That was a very old CRT model and the quality of the connection was very bad.
We stayed at this accommodation for 2 nights, with 2 adults and a child (7 years). We booked a 2-bedroom suite. The rooms were connected with in between a living room and kitchenette. The suite was very spacious and everything was very neat and clean. The kitchenette had an oven (which was defect), several kitchen utensils and supplies, a fridge and a microwave. The ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful. Vending machine, tourist information area and swimming pool close to the reception area. Publix and Walmart were close by. Good location if you want to visit Sanibel Island/Captiva.

Everything was great.
Location was perfect.Everything was 10 min away or less to where I had to go. The room was really a one bedroom apartment.Larger than my apartment in NYC! Publix supermarket is right there,so that was super convenient.
