There is no self parking and have to pay for valet . The pool is extremely small not as in pictures.

A long wait to check in at midnight. But because a couple that had some kind of issue. Once they were gone, woman at desk was quick and very nice.

A new hotel. Great rooms, even some with views. While I was only there night before a cruise, I went to the rooftop Pool and Bar which is great looking with various views!! Shuttle to Cruise Port $15.

We were whipped after flying; took 30 minutes to get two drinks in the hotel bar. I mentioned this in my review and management replied and indicated they would do something about the situation.

The open concept sink and shower was annoying as was the lack of sound insulation around the toilet area.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable. The surround picture on the toilet walls was fun.

The TV stuck in an endless promotion video loop, I could turn it on and change the volume but nothing else. I think it was just not set up properly. My room was right above the hotels air-condition units, so it was noisier than elsewhere at this place. I would still stay here again, but probably in a different room.

It is a very modern and stylish hotel, just recently opened. I liked the decor and overall interior design. The stuff was overall friendly.

the shuttle was not available as there was no driver; we ubered from airport, Management refunded our uber ride without an issue. The desk clerk was overwhelmed as she was the only one on at night(after 11;30pm) she put us on hold several times until she passed us through to some one with the shuttle; this person was very helpful. there was no security avaialble at night. We shared our concerns with a higher level gentleman the next morning. I have no doubt changes will be made as he was very interested in assuring their hotel did well. The breakfast is good, but not free. We got comped breakfast. you order from a menu. Overall, I would stay here again due to cleanliness and close proximity to cruise terminal

The staff upon arrival were rude. The parking is valet parking only and you have to pay $35 even though on booking it shows as only parking. They should specify that it is only for a price. Also having valet parking available it is ridiculous. Some people are renting cars which only the driver is authorized to drive, there is a liability suit waiting to happen The toilet room door didn’t work, when I called the front desk Jaqueline laughed and only said oh yeah they come off the tracks sometimes. Not a care to maybe send someone to fix it. Or do something about it. Leaving the toilet room non fully functional since there is no bathroom door. The air conditioner would just blast freezing all night, if you try to put up the temperature then the heater would come on. So either freeze or burn. Had to just shut it off all together Extremely disappointed

We were notified by booking.com we may not be able to check in due to arriving past midnight. We were informed to just show up and see what was said & contact booking.com if there were any issues. This was obviously a little stressful on a delayed flight but all was well when we arrived.

Beautiful new hotel. Really clean, spacious rooms with basic amenities provided. Check in/ check out was seamless despite arriving at 1.30am. Good location if you're flying in late/ out early. Didn't get to check it out but pool and rooftop bar look great.

From the first night I stayed , during the night something started to bite. After second day my entire body was bitten. They had never tried to clean the room . Nobody understood English from the cleaning crew. I grabbed the disinfectant bottle and when I started to have rashes, I went to my doctor when I went back to my city . it was bed bugs . They need to close that room and not give to anybody else . This is happened in a disabled room

Room was poorly designed….hard to move around the illogical placement of the weird furniture. A double barn like bathroom door cheaply executed and therefore broken…and the bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing…and what is with the lobby and check-in being on the second floor. So much fun loaded with luggage. I’m stepping into an elevator just to go to check-in. The entire experience left me underwhelmed. But then again I stayed at a Bono Marriott in Bora Bora and left early because of its problems. Boo-boo boo to Marriott Bonvoy.
