It was very loud, I’m not sure if it was AC unit or construction but there was a very loud industrial rattling through the Evening

Amenities were great, gym was very good for a hotel gym!

Everything from the welcoming staff to the lovely and spacious room has been incredible. An absolute gem of a stay and we are so thankful to the amazing staff of the hotel. The bed was so comfortable in the room and the design is really great and roomy.

We liked everything.

We did not have breakfast, but we did purchase breafast items and drinks. There was a good selection to choose from.

Bathroom (toilet and shower area) was only a sliding door without lock and no exhaust fan for shower area. Not a big deal, but wanted to mention.

Nice comfortable beds, clean room, nice pool. We stayed one night waiting for our cruise to depart the next day. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance nearby. Plenty of room for one night for a family of three (two queen beds room). Our room was available early, and the nice gentleman at the front desk let us check in WAY before our check-in time. Much appreciated after waking up at 2:30 am for an early flight to Jax.

Room next to elevator it worse above the bar! Unable yo sleep. Could here all the laughing from guests at the bar below my room..

Property great. 1 male front counter staff rude. When asked where to get breakfast. Be polite! Don’t treat guest rude as though they know where to go & what to do..

I didnt like the front desk staff. I arrived at 11am and check in is at 4pm, I was told there was no early check inn due to the fact that they were only dealing with 1 dryer to dry sheets. I am in the hotel business and know that is the worst excuse because every room has a minimum of 3 extra sets of sheets. If the check in is at 4pm and there is no rooms that is all that needs to be said, train your staff in a more professional manner Anyway, from there the airline crews kept coming in and got direct access to their rooms. I asked how come they get in and I can't and I was told that they have priority. So..... if you don't stay frequently at the hotel you are less important. Point taken and good thing there is many other options. Also, the bar was closed Saturday night which I thought was very tacky on their part, this was due to lack of personal which was told to me by the next day bartender ( he was very cool) .

I liked the convenience of being that close to the airport.

Everything! We loved the vibe of this hotel. It's centrally located to the airport and a lot of dining/shopping options. Many restaurants are walking distance. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and the layout was unique. The lobby has a pool table, bar, and they had karaoke the night we were there. We didn't stay for it but there were a lot of guests participating and it looked like a fun time.

Plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Many you can walk to. Many stores near 10 minute drive or so. Safe neighborhood. Plenty to do at the hotel.
