Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The Breakfast Chef was great and morning Front Desk everyday was very engaging and support with guest services.The comfort of the room, adjustable temperature, the shower was at an evenly sustained warm temperature to the max--not too hot. The refrigerator was cool to keep food and drinks cold. The Laundry room was clean, washer and dryer worked excellently at a reasonable price.

United StatesIt wasn’t great to go on a run from Aloft. No sidewalks, didn’t feel very safe to run in the streets. The person who was working when we checked was pretty unfriendly; to the point of almost being rude. Just emphasize, everyone else was great.

United StatesWe were outside by the outdoor fire pit and the bar tender comes out, does not speak at all to us, and sits by us without acknowledging us, speaking on the phone and left which I interpreted as rude. The front desk staff could have been a little bit more friendly.
The room was clean, and it was quiet during the night. For some reason we could not get the thermostat to regulate our room temperature.

United StatesThe walls are very thin. We didn’t feel comfortable having the tv volume at a reasonable level because we didn’t want to annoy our neighbors. The walls are thin enough you could hear people talking and even hear them raise and lower the blinds. This thinness was made even worse by rude guests yelling and laughing until 2:30 am in the hallway and slamming doors as they left around 7:30.
The location is great. It’s a close drive to Quail Springs Mall, restaurants and Top Golf. The facility itself is nice. They have a pleasant lobby/bar, nice patio, and the rooms are unique and very clean. The staff were all very nice.
