Ground floor view was onto the busy street and parking cars in front of the window. Shades helped.

Spacious clean room with great colour concept. Close to Reno airport, just a couple minutes walk. You can also walk to the next supermarket / restaurant and grab a bit to eat.

I didn’t like how there was only one elevator access through the whole building when my room was wayyyyyy on the other side of the hotel

My room location was awesome I was able to see the mountains and the airplanes taking off

I didn’t like that my room when I walked in was not cleaned and when I went downstairs to tell the front desk, the lady working made it seem that I was lying. I had to describe how the room was in disarray for her to find me another room.

I love that the hotel is by the airport and restaurants are nearby. There’s a exercise room that is easily accessible and nice lobby area where the bar and pool table are located.

Costlier than we expected

Clean, great location, quiet. Nice pool table. Had board games & great oversized Janga game available in the lobby that included a nice, comfortable, upscale lounge as well. Definitely recommend staying at Aloft. Close to the airport is another important aspect of our experience

There were no prices on the food menu and it was extremely expensive for what seemed like microwave food. Had there been prices on the menu I probably wouldn't have eaten there. Also I have stayed at other Aloft hotels where there was coffee available for no cost in the lobby so I expected that at this one too and was dissappinted that it was not available at this location.

I like the style of the Aloft hotels.

I wasn't impressed with the lack of gluten free foods. The food is for sale like breakfast and what not and hardly any options. This is my second time staying at this chain of hotels and both the food is a disappointment. I have to leave to get food. Please work on this for your guest that have food allergies. PS yes I pack food with me, however it runs out on the tail end of trips and I should just have some options not every options so we don't have to go hungry, cause ordering out can be worse for some of us. Thank you!

Very clean, right next to the airport, free shuttle!! Staff was kind. Gym was bigger and clean. Rooms were comfortable and adorable.

eThe layout of where the elevator was to some of the rooms was ridiculous. The room didn’t have a door to separate the shower so others could use the sink area. The furniture was funky and not very comfortable you couldn’t use the bathroom area is someone was sleeping because the light would wake them. If it was just a couple or a single person it would be ok but if you are sharing a room with friends or grandchildren it would be extremely difficult as far as having any privacy

It's a little pricey, but I think it's by far the best option near the airport.

This is a great place to stay for the night before an early flight or after a late flight. It has a fun vibe and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I could hear the person walking around in the room over mine. More rugs may help with this problem. I was charged $7 for parking. I only had a car on the property for 15 minutes while I unloaded my bags and checked in. I then returned my car to the rental company.

since it is across the street from airport, people are coming in and out at all times of day/night and if you are a light sleeper this can be troublesome.

The doors to the rooms are very heavy and it was a struggle to open them. This would be an issue for elderly people. The shower and sink area was not very private in the room we had. It's a pet friendly hotel, however there is nowhere onsite to take them out to potty/poop.

Beds and pillows are very comfortable! The place was clean and the staff nice.

My TV did not work, only one station came on. A neighboring room had the TV on loud at 1am and I notified the front desk. I asked for another room but was told there were no available rooms. The ladies at the front did not have any solution for me. They did not walk over to see where the noise was coming from but tried calling a room they thought may be the room from my description. I feel as though that was not handled well. The noise continued throughout the night. I did not get much sleep.

Location was great after a long day of travelling, easy to find. Hotel rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable.
