I absolutely loved the place. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the indoor heated pool wasn't working but other than that it was great.

We arrived after hours and there was no communication available. We couldn’t get information on how to enter our rentals and we were about to leave to get another place until another guest told us what we needed to do. For such a nice place, the lack of customer service was appalling.

It was a little outdated and many things in the resort were not working. Hot tub at pool, a lot of the equipment in fitness facility and the pool table in the clubhouse.

I liked the location and loft. It was clean and rromy.

No fans in the rooms, the room with the twin beds had no TV, no complimentary shampoos and conditioners, not enough cook ware, each batbroom had only one thing of toilet paper so we had to go shopping pretty much on top of what we spent for the room

We loved the loft, everything was clean , the town was walking distance so we saved gas

You can feel like you are in a movie where everyone has disappeared and time has frozen! The entire leisure area of ​​the resort is frozen in time as if it were the 1960s. everything damaged. We stayed for four nights and didn't see any staff, even for check-in and check-out. So don't plan a dreamy resort vacation, just decent accommodation at a good price.

My unit was very clean even considering old stuffs, the beds are comfortable, the space is big with full kitchen and laundry. The location is excelent... it's a very good option to save money and enjoy a comfortable room.

Only 1 roll of Toilet paper in each bathroom. They provided 5 towels and washcloths for a 3 day stay with 4 females. The Parking place was difficult to get into due to the curve. There were no chairs to sit on it pool area.

Quiet at night. It was easy to get to town.

It was very sad to see how run down a lot of the resort was. The property looked like it was absolutely amazing at one point. However, the pond was over flowing, the buildings were all in need of exterior up keep with trim pieces missing and cob webs everywhere. There is so much potential with the property it was sad to see it in that shape.

We loved how clean and big the interior was of the villa. The privacy and location was also perfect! It was wonderful to have to option to walk into the town or stay secluded in our villa. The information given at check in was extremely helpful!

Wished the pool was open, as that was why we chose this property, disappointed to receive email week or so before we arrived to say it was closed due to maintenance, didn’t see anyone working on the pool in the 5 days we were there. Just looked like they wanted to not heat it during the close season as there was hardly anyone on site.

Spacious comfortable lodge with home from home comforts. Perfect for a stay with kids as 2nd bedroom had 2 single beds rather than a double Although not enough hot water to use the jacuzzi bath.

We found 3 cockroaches and a couple other bugs during our stay. Also being at the top of the very steep hill made it very difficult to walk to and from town.

Disappointed that the indoor pool was closed. Management did not let meme know until 3 days before arrival. I rented 3 condos for 2 nights. Family celebrating birthdays. Kids looking forward to swimming.

Management allowed us to come in early. This was very helpful getting ready for celebrations. Perfect for families. It is just like an AB&B. Perfect location.

There was no staff on the weekend on a very busy Oktoberfest weekend. The place looked completely abandoned and unkept. Everything is overgrown, the amenities look as if they haven't been used in a couple of years (pool, playground, slides). The place is great if they put a little more time and money into it. You can tell it was probably a very busy place at one time. We did not have a good WIFI signal though we had all credentials provided by Alpine. If you are handicap and cannot walk a lot or deal with stairs this is definitely not going to work. The drive to the room was very, very steep as well.

The location is great, tucked away right behind Helen with a walking path that comes up right behind Paul's Restaurant. The room was a very spacious condo with a loft bedroom, twin bed room, kitchen, living space, and balcony. It was very clean and that is very important to me.

Faucet for jacuzzi tub was sink sized, so filling the tub up enough to run the jets took literal hours, which is fine as long as you run it on time! Pool was closed for maintenance and that sucked, but not a huge deal considering we had the room with a jacuzzi.

Our loft was SO cute and cozy, and very clean where it mattered! I felt it was a great value for the price, especially considering we were there for opening weekend of Oktoberfest. The view was amazing, full kitchen was a plus, and we were pleasantly surprised with out spacious it was!

A few of the window blinds were missing pieces and the bathroom door was a little janky.

We never met anyone from the staff. After walking up and down those hills for 45 minutes trying to find the office, and no one answering the phone, we finally figured out what to do. The whole place needs a complete overhaul. Most of it looks totally deserted and abandoned. Plus the website claims its only a .1 mile walk to town, but its more like 1.1 miles.

The rooms are a bit outdated, but ours was very clean and comfortable.
