Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe air condition was set at 64 but they explained it would not stay on there for I was hot through the night and it was quiet due to no fan being able to stay on continuously. I had to come home and sleep and go to bed early terrible night's sleep.

Breakfast was good but both days it would have been nice to see the staff working. I LOVE the coffee, latte, hot chocolate machine in the lobby, as my family all met in there both nights to visit by the Christmas tree & enjoy the soft chairs & couch.

Maintenance man was very prompt and friendly and helpful when our tv went out. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was above and beyond expectations.

United StatesNeeds some updating and needs to be a little bit cleaner. The young woman behind desk was only employee on premises when we were there. Had to have batteries replaced in thermostat and she had to make a couple of calls to find out where batteries were. She came to our room and changed the batteries out.
We were able to have our dogs with us. The young woman at desk was great!

United StatesThe shower head in our room was a little clogged, but otherwise our room was very good. Not a big deal but elevator was out but staff apologized for inconvenience.
Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Bath was clean and good towels, and plenty of them. Room was very clean and nice bed. Everything worked, lamps, clock, TV, plugs, drains, sink.

JapanI strongly recommend going by car. It's the end of March, and after 7pm it's pitch black, so walking is dangerous because cars are speeding. There's a Burger King right next door, but it closes night time. However, you can rely on Uber for transportation and food.

United StatesProperty has no rooms that are dog free, plus they allow dogs. The hotel and rooms had stale musty smells. Our first room actually had the door opened slightly and we were told they were trying to air it out, they changed our room. We were in that hotel a year ago and the elevator was out of order, a year later still not working. The staff told us the owners did not want to spend the money to fix it. We are done with Best Western, any hotel that allows dogs should have at least a floor that is dog free.
