Kitchen could be better equipped, although the basics are there.

Spacious and very comfortable two bedroom, two bath apartment, with a little balcony and view of the pool. Great to have a pool and gym to use. Safe neighborhood. Living room, dining room and kitchen very nice. Aziz met us to hand over the keys and accept payment, he was friendly and helpful and responsive by text when we had a question.

The sink was broken and the water flooded. We asked about getting it fixed but no one came. When I booked the apartment there was an option to book for someone else, so I booked under my dad’s name but used my credit card, however the property kept declining my card though all the details were correct. When I called the property, the guy who attended the phone was very rude and asked me why I was booking an apartment if I already live in LA which I feel like is a very unnecessary question, as I don’t owe an explanation as a customer. He was extremely unhelpful and did not give me my reservation back. Instead he told me to rebook it and he would consider giving me back the apartment I already had secured. The price for rebooking it was also more than what I was originally supposed to pay. I was very disappointed with the property’s management or whoever it was that attended the call.

The blind was broken so we woke up to the light of the sun rising. There was some difference between the address in booking which impacted our arrival.

My only thing is some of the pots and pans were in the cabinet dirty. Also they need to clean the windows tons of cob webs I had to clean out and the rug in living room needs to be vacuumed. Overall though for such a huge place it was very clean bathrooms, kitchen, and main areas! Thank god only carpet in the bedrooms as well.

It was a huge spacious apartment. The closets were almost as big as bedrooms! I love that there is parking for two cars but there is no guest parking. The pool is so nice but know it is not heated. This place is super high in security so do not ever leave the place without your fob you will be screwed! Additionally the location is amazing so many restaurants, supermarket across the street and a very walkable location. They provide so many linens and it was a bonus that there was a washer and dryer in unit.Overall it is a great place for a family. Spacious, tons of natural light and a pool view. I would stay here again! Must try El Cartel as well its a taco spot one block away.

unfortunately, the gate opener didn't work, but that could just be a coincidence. It was not pleasant to get home in the evening without being able to enter the building.

The couch was a bit worn. There didn’t seem to be any location for recycling.

I liked the space. The rooms were spacious, it was great to have a kitchen and laundry in the unit. And we had a view of the swimming pool which was very pleasant. Also, the building was very secure and Aziz was very friendly and always available to help with any questions that came up.

there were not enough dinner plates and cooking pots and we bought a cookie sheet, dish towels, napkins and paper towels. While the place suited our needs it definitely could have used a face lift. The carpet is heavily stained and looks 20 years old. The walls needed paint and had stickers stuck to them. Heads up the pool downstairs wasn’t open during our visit, so we had to go across the street to use another properties pool. It was a good save, but not a great convenience.

Great location on Wilshire across from a grocery store, a Starbucks and many restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment was lovely. The living room and dining room separated the two bedrooms, allowing privacy for each couple, and the table and chairs on the balcony offered another dining area. The washer and dryer were an added bonus! The gym was modern, spacious and had an abundance of equipment. We really appreciated the agent's attention to our needs. We had a great parking place in the garage and had use of a pool down the street because our pool was closed for repairs.

We would appreciate more towels (there was just one for each person) and some foot towel. Small bottles of shower gel, conditioner or body lotion would be also really nice (however there was a liquid soap in the bathroom).

Amazing large apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, balcony...), everything was clean. There's washing machine and dryer in the apartment (even washing powder). You can use fitness or really nice outdoor pool. The location is safe, near to the Universal Studios Hollywood, Walk of Fame and LAX airport. Huge inner parking. However, there's no reception so you need internet connection to agree on the time of check in.

Someone with a smoke detector in the building had it on chirping for the first two days. Also, the AC didn't seem to work at all.

- Kitchen facilities were sparse - no hand towels to wipe dishes / benchtops, no basic condiments (salt/pepper/sugar/oil). - No hairdryer. - Couldn't find the gym. We were told it was on level 2, but we could not find it. Maybe a welcome booklet explaining where things are would be useful.

- Conveniently located near the supermarket, and good base to see sites of Hollywood / Beverly Hills. - Secure free underground parking included. - Free washer/dryer included.

Carpet was SO filthy that we had to ask for a cleaning. Even after the cleaning, many big stain spots were still there. Blinds were missing on one window. Couch was damaged. Dishwasher is useless (even after double washing cycles, dishes were still dirty!). The place cannot command such a high price of $ 370 per night everything included. No way !! This is way too expensive for the quality of the place.

When we arrived there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling that they said was fixed. It leaked the whole time we were there. The carpets were dirty and had bleach stains. Also there was a lack of towels and linens.
