The place was very convenient! The place was smaller but very cute and comfortable! They had mini waters and coffee with some sweet treats in the kitchen and the bed was super comfy! Customer service was phenomenal! 10/10 very responsive and SUPER helpful! I will 100% book with then again loved the experience~

WiFi had issues - but these were swiftly resolved by host. Aircon is loud - but did not effect our ability to have a good night's sleep.

Amazing location, Midtown Atlanta is very beautiful with an abundance of green space nearby along with local bars and restaurants. Good links to downtown via underground. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Bed very comfy. Powerful shower.

As a suggestion, I would recommend putting a TV in the bedroom. Also replacing the iron and ironing board.

I frequent this location often so whenever I am in town, I make sure I’m booking here. It’s a great location in Midtown near plenty of restaurants, stores and other venues. So if you choose to walk around and explore or drive around everything is very accessible.

The closes grocery store was Publix. Great options but the prices…

It had just about everything I needed to cook. So that was a plus as we ate breakfast in each day and one lunch. The bed was very comfortable. We felt secure knowing there were multiple doors between us and the parking area. The entry codes for the door made it feel even more secure. Restaurants were within walking distance.

Very well equipped and comfortable unit. The bed was very comfortable, the location cannot be beat. Dedicated parking right outside the unit was a nice plus. Andre was also a very good communicator. Would absolutely stay here again.

1. Traffic can be tricky. Having a car is nice, however, walking is healthier. Bring a great pair of walking shoes. 2. The water pressure in the city can be unpredictable, so, be patience it is normal here and will come back strong as ever. 3. Pollen/Spring and Fall season will rain heavily on your car. If you bring your car cover, problem solved. (Also, it will protects your paint job and headlights from UV rays ) 4.Homeless is a small issue, however, they are kind and respectful, so remember they are human beings too. Love one another. 5. The walls are thin, not too bad. If you can, bring your wireless headphones for those times when you like to crank up the volume. Be respectful of the quiet times. Refer to property policy.

It felt like home. I felt cared for and welcomed. The own Andre is very kind, helpful and trustworthy. If any issue come up with your stay, he is only a text or call away. He is on site almost everyday and lives close by, so, no worries. He will takes care of your needs respectfully. The location is a pleasant 6 mins walk in any direction to the city life, shopping and leisurely walks in the park. Private parking included, bring a car cover. Security cameras for your safety, everywhere outside the homes. Well kept surrounding historic homes to explore and appreciate with gardens just as lovely. Almost, if not equally, to those at the Atlanta's Botanical Garden which is only a 12 mins walk away. Even the bountiful wildlife greet you with a curious welcome to thier neighborhood. The diverse culture at this location reminds one to; appreciate, respect, and lookout for each other's well-being. Plenty of public transportation everywhere, both bus and trans. Great if you're popping in from the airport. You don't really even need a car to get around. (Bring traveling wheels for those trips to the grocery store.) This truly is a pleasant all inclusive, great Cable and Wi-Fi stay. So bring your lay back easy going attitude and stay awhile. As long as you're mindful and respectful, you' ll fit right in. Peace.

The neighbors upstairs were very loud. Also, I’m on the taller side so the couch was a little uncomfortable but not an end all be all. Really wish the TV was updated though for streaming and audio quality.

Overall, great place to stay for a midtown Atlanta trip. Location was excellent and the apartment was really nice. It was fully equipped with everything I needed for the stay, and super convenient with easy access to Piedmont. One of the best things about it - easy off street private parking. There’s also ample on street parking if needed, but I never had to utilize based on the availability right outside the apartment door. Andre is very responsive and quick to reply with an answer to any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend this place and will likely use this booking again in the future if it’s available!

I loved that this place was immediately available after my original airbnb reservation was canceled the day I flew into Atlanta. The place was clean and very comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a place to stay in Atlanta!
