Breakfast was not good at all Cereal and milk not much else Where they used Covid as safety issue they had milk in a jug that everyone handled and Pool was not open even though a pool is full of chlorine How do you get Covid there?

The carpets were dirty, the service was poor, no house keeping service, dirt dirt, all over the place , the patio door was shut so I could not enjoy the outside, The worst experience I ever had at a hotel. :(

The Restaurant connected to the hotel was the best part of the stay. The food was great, the service was wonderful, I would go to the Restaurant over staying at the Hotel.

Would have been nice to be allowed to book in at the time that was requested on the booking. After a 3 hr drive in excruciating pain I wanted to be laying down at noon immediately after my Dr appointment. As I am very disabled. But the man at front desk was rude to my husband. And said I would have to wait in the car until after 3 pm to get booked in.

Our first room had an electrical short in the air-conditioning unit which arced twice. We requested a different room which they were real accommodating to help us move to. Our second room was pretty nice, but the refrigerator needed cleaning and defrosting of the freezer section. The room phone didn't work and the receiver was sticky and needed cleaning.

I loved the waffles and coffee. The manager stepped up and apologized for the lack of staff and did the work himself. The staff was very nice, just not enough of them.

The coffee maker and air in my room didn't work. The breakfast was subpar. The hotel seemed dingy and rundown. The pool was closed.

The bar restaurant was good. The bartenders and wait staff were very friendly.

walked in and was told pool/hot tub was out of order. went to the 4th floor where are room was and as we get off the elevator the smell of cigarette smoke is overwhelming. go to our room, open the door. no bedding on our beds. at that point I was over it. terrible!!!!!

Hotel staff was not friendly or helpful. Room was dirty with lots of stains on carpet and doors. Blood stains appeared at the entrance tot he room leading into the bathroom. The shower handle had broken off so you were left to hold it as you showered. When I mentioned this to the desk service staff nothing was said or done. Overall not a grey experience!

Good pricing for last minute booking. Good location near desired venue.

I was extremely disappointed to find the pool was shut down when I was specifically looking for a hot tub! Only one ice machine in the building. Breakfast was sub par with no condiments. The restaurant attached is not open.

Continental breakfast consisted of two Nature Valley granola bars and a plastic container of diced peaches in a brown paper bag. The room was dimly lit, musty smelling, with badly stained carpeting, and a broken desk chair. The bathroom had peeling paint hanging from the ceiling and exterior walk ways were treacherous and untreated in winter. The towels were the scratchiest I’ve ever experienced. The pool was not operational during my stay and the attached restaurant was being remodeled.

Mayo shuttle was convenient.
