The hotel is old and in great need of upgrading. We didn't experience any cleanliness issues, as other travelers noted. But the best description of the hotel is "shabby". Noise from the apartments behind the hotel was a problem early in the evening, but died down after dark.

I chose this hotel for its location -- only 5-6 min. from the airport. And the hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport.

Although the ratings are bad, the bed was clean and so was the bathroom. It was just rundown and seems there is no intention of permanently fixing issues with the room and facilities. Note there is nothing to eat or can be bought in the hotel. Closest is a vending machine 3 hotels down the road.

Had 2 Rooms. One was very dirty and unkempt. Refused to stay in it. Bunked with family in next roo. Which wasn't much better. Need to do better upkeep to property and rooms. Still waiting for refund.

Beds had clean sheets and towels were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay.

The staff all spoke a foreign language and I had a hard time understanding them. I asked for extra wash cloths from the maid and she had no idea what I was talking about. The floors were dirty. I was there four days and never received any maid service. Some of the furniture was broken. The door was very hard to open.

The air conditioner didn't work at all. We couldn't get into our room until 3, but there wasn't even a bathroom to use.

The living area of the room was fairly dirty. Fabric furniture was stained in many places. I really didn’t want to sit on the couch so opted for the bed. Outside the property was also quite dirty.

I mainly liked the price compared to others for just a convenient overnight. The bed and bathroom were clean enough for our needs.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Our tv was out of service. The room had not been properly cleaned. There were layers of dust everywhere and even fake eyelashes glued to our bedside lamp. Outside our door was broken plastic and wood slivers all down the hall that was never cleaned while we were there for 3 days. In the parking lot, 2 vehicles were parked and demolished.

The breakfast was delicious! We were pleasantly happy with it!

Hotel facility and rooms were desperately needing a renovation. Bathroom toilet was functioning but had running water issue... could be fixed by occupant after each flush. Room floors looked clean, room carpets needed to be replaced and room walls were worn. Room cleanliness initially look fine but didn't pass a white towel rub. The breakfast facility was fine but floor was sticky, and the use of styrofoam cups and plates is unconscionable. Hotel parking lot contained an abandoned vehicle. The site had two buildings where one building appeared to host long-term stay residences.

Staff were courteous and friendly, but there were communication problems between day shift and night shift. An arrangement with daytime manager was not honoured by night-time staff. Beds were comfortable and room size spacious and rooms were secure. Laundry facility was in good operating order and secure.

Outside building need a lot of help. Not visually appealing at all. Someone had written sexually explicit words on the bathroom walls and door. There was a poor attempt to cover with paint that didn’t work. Furniture was stained and the TV didn’t work.

Unkind attitude from staff. Booking.com confirmed the booking, but when I arrived the hotel staff said there is no booking and no rooms available. Only after very long negotiations we got the room we had already paid for.

Very cold. The heating was barely working. Large crack in the door. You had to cover it with pillows to keep it from blowing.

The room really need an upgrade too old, lot of stains, bulb busted not only one, a lot of stains that looks so dirty everywhere specially on the TV stands, microwave oven is so dirty, freezer looks never been defrosts or clean for so many months.

Room was not clean. Hair on the shower stall walls, there was also a hair on a towel. Curtains on one window were falling down and looked to be haphazardly knotted/pinned up.

We met the window of the room widely opened and there wasn't adequate heat to keep the place warm, we were freezing up during our stay and couldn't sleep due to the coldness of the room. All the receptionist could tell us after we reported the situation was, it will take time to heat up; which it didn't. There was TV that couldn't play and channel; it could only turn on but shows nothing. Lastly, we could not use the sitting furniture (chair) in the room due to its filthiness.

The hotel's staff attitude, they are friendly and welcoming.
