Didn't have a indoor pool and extra pillows and blankets, no continental breakfast no money back for one night stay because bed was a little too hard.

Bed and pillows were well worn. Floor was missing pieces of tiling. No room service, had to go to office for supplies. Sounded like a wrestling match every night above our room, after 10 pm. Was to tired to care the first 2 nights, 3 Rd night I had to yelled to quiet down and when that didn't work, I had to smack the ceiling and then it got quiet.

some of the glass doors are busted as if there was some kind of vandalism and at night if you are a woman, it is a little scary or intimidating because you have to enter the door to get into the building but the doors are still outside. I try to park close to the door as possible to have a quick escape and I’m always aware of my surroundings. the shower curtains are old and moldy and some sinks are stopped up.

The lady at the front desk was really polite, and the stairways make it easy to access your room or to step outside to smoke

Main complaint is that I chose to pay extra compared to other choices on Booking because it said Breakfast Included. Coffee, orange drink, and granola bars was the complete breakfast items available both mornings I was there.

Location a plus. Swimming pool outdoor ok. Indoor would have been nice due to cold weather. Across the street from a park a plus. Bar at location a plus but it closed before midnight on the Friday and Saturday I was there.

Didn’t seem or look very clean. The entrance from the stairs was sketchy and didn’t seem very sturdy. We saw one staircase that had a Jack holding it up!

TV with limited channels. TV was very small. A/C rattled on and off. No maid service. Bathtub stopper did not work. TV, fridge, microwave, and coffee pot all plugged into same outlet so that when fridge kicked on...the TV would blink off for about 2 seconds before coming back on. Bugs ( roaches) in bathroom sink. Bathroom door latch was receded into door and did not work. Under the impression this was a 3 to 4 Star facility...I'd barely give it a 2...if not a one. Breakfast was advertised but it didn't exist. Worker said that coffee is Breakfast but coffee wasn't even set up. We checked out early and went to Cracker Barrel.

Location was easy to get to and depart from. Room was very roomy...so roomy it echoes.

Run down, poor maintenance. Door to our room didn’t lock. From the outside you could bump into it and it would open. Didn’t need the key to open it. And not a fan of cold showers.

There is a bar that is on the property and so I didn’t like the fact that people were standing around my vehicle smoking as I have a allergy to smoke then there were issues with the room which took hours to get fixed

No breakfast. Sheets have hair on it. The towel has insect wings on it. The microwave doesn't have a turning plate. The night staff is not as nice.

The coffee pot in the room was dirty, I had to clean it before I used it, room smelled musty and it could use some painting, bathroom was dirty, I didn't notice till I was in the shower, television had fre channels no prime channels.
