The room had a horrible smell. I'm sorry but it was bothersome all night long. The toilet is not steady & the room was not very clean.

The room was not worth the price I paid to stay there. Supposedly, the property had been remodeled. The floor in the room had loose pieces in several places. The bathroom was questionable. There was a hair and unknown little splatters on the top of the tank. Only one towel & wash cloth per person. There was no dead bolt on the door. The tv came on, but, we never could figure out how to actually watch a program. The AC did work, which made me happy. At least, it was cool inside. We will not stay here again.

The location was nice, close to the places we were going to.

The renovation is a facade over an old motel. Was hoping for a more modern/up-to-date room. It's a cleaned up motel.

They said they had a free breakfast, they do not. Also everything is cheap/old. While we were staying we were woken up because a pipe beside our room busted and was gushing water onto the floor beneath us.

The price for the bedroom was cheap which reflects what you pay for. It’s a decent bed with cheap materials around. The pool is nice. There is also a nice lounge/bar on the main level.

The hotel itself and the rooms are fine, I mean you are there to sleep. The one thing that bothered me was right outside my room, before I went in, was the smell of urin. It was like the stairwell was an uncleaned bathroom, never cleaned. I was worried but the room was fine. No smell at all.

The location was fine. I booked here because I was supposed to get breakfast but was told not an option because of COVID. My ex wife stayed at another hotel and received a full breakfast. I think the price should reflect no breakfast.

Rooms were dirty, staff was a bit rude, door did not even have a proper way to lock an they had to install ot while we were there and we had to get help multiple times because our door wouldn't even open

Supposedly remodeled. The bathroom door (broken)and trim was dirty and needed painted. The sheets were dingy, blanket worn out and torn. Stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never came to see if we needed anything. No hair dryer, iron or ironing board as are normally found in all hotels these days. Rooom doors were just wood doors, so did not feel extremely safe. Outside doors were not locked. (Not set up for passkey) anyone could enter off the street. Shower water pressure was bad.

The room we were in was on the 2nd floor, no elevators just steps. My boyfriend has a disability and when he asked about an elevator the front desk lady was rude to him. He didnt even get to explain that he has a disability. The bathroom only had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes, if there are 2 people staying in the room, why not put 4 towels? The room had an awful order. The air conditioning system was so loud that we had to turn up the TV in order to listen to it. There was a dirty wash cloth on top of the shower curtain. Had to move the coffee pot to the bathroom as it was plugged in where the tv and cable had to be plugged in. The refrigerator iced over. We wasnt told about a breakfast upon checkin so we figured it.

The bed was comfy.

Bathroom could have been cleaned better (looks like mold in tile grout in shower) carpet had stains and had part of it all peeled up in some areas. No breakfast “due to covid”

I had to wait an hr for my room. I got to the room there were no towels. They told me to wait for them whenever the housekeeper get some because they didn't had at the desk. A microwave with no plate at all. Staffing-wise only one good housekeeper.

There was a water leak in the shower. I killed a roach in the bathroom. There were stains on the bedspread. It wasn’t just stained, it was crusty. I paid way too much for a filthy room.

The bed was very comfortable. The night clerk was very helpful and tried to correct the issues that I had to the best of her ability.

There was supposed to be breakfast included in hotel cost but when I got there the guy at front desk said they cut out breakfast due to covid crap, other issue is the property had a strong stench of marijuana all around & the pool area was kinda dirty.

Checked in at 7:00 pm had to wait on room. No breakfast! I think someone is milking the COVID for all its worth and at my expense. Room chair broken, new one they brought by was just as bad. Grounds were dirty. Wyndham should be ashamed that they have Military and their families stay at such a place.

There was no sitting chair in my room the desk chair was broken no coffee pot the lady at the desk was rude I felt bad for asking for new towels and stayed for five days I felt like I was totally gaslighted when booking the only pic that matched was the one of the outside

I booked a king room. Told they only had double available. The bathroom was dirty from plumber and water was not turned on. Moved to another room. Which turned out to be a king room like I booked, and told they didn’t have one available . In that room the AC/heat did not work.
