The building is in rough shape. There was black mold growing on the wall & roaches. The microwave didn’t work & the bulb in the bathroom was burnt out. Managed to take a bulb out of the one working lamp to put in there so we could shower but also shocked myself on the exposed wires while doing so. Overall, the building needs significant repairs & a complete remodel. There had been no housekeeping so we had to go to the store to purchase towels to bathe.

The price would have been reasonable had the facilities been safe & clean.

The couch cushions were so worn down it sank into the hideabe frame underneath and only had warmish water in shower and no wifi that was the second room I was put in the first the wifi was out and the TV's did not work

In town for work, came to room second day after work it was 81 degrees , went to office they said someone would be up fix , never happened, had to change rooms twice and air still doesn't work

The place is a hot mess. Room had blood on the sink. I found what looked like a syringe cover in the bed. The pictures are a farce. Floors had stains and bits all over. Ashes on the desk...the list could was long. I guess you get what you pay for

Description on the site says kitchen, balcony... there was no kitchen, no balcony. The room was mix and match put together. Couldn't close the bathroom door because it was so small.

The place wasn't clean when I got there. I had to clean myself. Roaches in the place. Had to go buy bug spray. The garbage disposal didn't work and I advised them about it and they never came to fix it. It's cheaper to book the room online than at the hotel. Rooms are NOT worth 99 nightly. No ice machine. No ice maker in the fridge. Appliances are from the 1970s. I only stayed there for more than 1 day because after selling my house and moving I was too tired to move again.

I was placed in a room that had rust from the floor to the ceiling and mold EVERYWHERE along with a bad smell and dirt on the floor no blanket and was told I was out of luck I have asthma so immediately I had an attack I was able to call my son and luckily he’s 20 minutes away brought me medicine requested to move and they did it immediately. staff was neither nice or mad it was more like oooo you again. what is it now. and did it with no complaint .. So I’m happy about that

Room wasnt very clean. 3 people shared 1 towel 1 wash cloth. No extra blankets we had to buy blanket and pillow. Upon registering for room we were asked if we wanted a quiet room and we selected yes. Our 1st night was far from quiet as we were awoke at 2 am by what seemed to be a mexican carnival with loud annoying music and a crowd of people doing river dance. When we tried to call front desk we tried 3 times and it rang and rang with no answer. So no we were not very pleased with our stay on first night for sure and because we didnt get much rest and it affected the rest of our stay!!!

The bed was so comfortable that we did sleep well second night or it may have been we were exhausted!

There was small droppings of idk what kind of rodent but it’s disgusting, and the marks under the fridge . I feel like these rooms have been neglected . There were stains on the carpet that looked like poop marks. How is that even allowed during a pandemic ?
