Very noisy. There had been a fire so I guess I was lucky to still have a room. Writing on bathroom & closet mirrors. 1 lumpy awful pillow for the bed.

The overall look of the room was dated and worn out. The carpet was stained badly and looked very worn. The couch was stained with tears in the fabric and when you sat on it, a strong smell of urine came from it. After the first time I didn't use it for the duration of my stay. You had to keep slamming the refrigerator to get it to stay closed

Check in was quick and easy, staff was professional and responsive to needs. I didn't have an iron and she found me one immediately. I saw security walking around at night. When I reported my tub spout was broken he assured me that they would get it fixed

Not only did I find a drug paraphernalia in my room that they did not want to take care of. I was also asked by a male individual if I would like to purchase some powder or crank. While holding my granddaughter. Forgot to mention that my granddaughter is the one that brought the drug paraphernalia to us. They would not refund or discount anything on my room all they wanted to do is remove the the paraphernalia or move me to a different room. I had already been moved to a different room want because of dead cockroaches all over the floor. Not a place to take your family! For sure

The staff was horrible wouldn't remake keys once they stopped working. The night lady was so incredibly rude I was in literal tears tryin to get a room that didn't reak of dog, she still didn't fix any of it. And a vehicle was stolen the night of my stay.

Kitchen had broken drawer front. Dish washer had no knob. Ceiling was dirty from supply register. Return air vent was real dirty. Bathroom Door had hole in it. Bathroom exhaust had no cover. Bathtub tile had no grout n was bubbled out. toilet paper holder was broke. Sink cabinet door was broke n laid in cabinet. No power from electrical outlet. Another outlet had no cover. No blanket on one bed. Went to office they had no blankets at front desk. Bed was hard

All of it, again the pictures online are not actual pictures of the room, the toilet stopped working, there is no breakfast hall like it says there is, literally there was nothing good about this place.

Absolutely nothing the pictures are not real pictures from the rooms it was absolutely disgusting, there was a single light bulb in the whole room, tv didn't work, mini fridge didn't work, no phone so you couldn't call the front desk even if you wanted to, 100% will not recommend or be returning

DIGUSTINGLY DIRTY. The bed was covered in long black hairs, we seen cock roaches, it smelled horrible. They made no effort to make it right looks like the rooms hadn't been cleaned in months. the floor around the island in the kitchenette felt like you would fall thru it and we were on the 4th floor

This is by far the worst hotel ever...first off there seemed to be a lot of strange people hanging around some of them looked like drug addicts made me question even being there...Got a room and before I got to my room I noticed that the outside of it was just dirty before I even went in...the windows were dirty and the door was dirty and banged up..there was trash next door outside..people sitting in the stairway..instanly I got a bad feeling about being there...so I turned around and looked ay the whole area from the top to bottom and the closer I was the whole hotel from the outside was just overall dirty and denjy..so I tried to be hopeful about the inside but I was wrong...as soon as I opened my door I noticed a dirty smell amd the furniture was dated It looked old and dirty...carpet was old and dirty, curtains were old and dirty with tears in them...Windows were dirty had dried up white stains on them and when I inspected the bathroom it was not clean and I know no one cleaned it...The toilet still had residue inside the sides of the bowl after even after flushing it. No one had cleaned the room nor the bathroom So I left disappointed and went back and told the managers...so they never said sorry about that or nothing... just gave me another key to another room and I reluctantly tried it again..when I get to the other room it was basically the same darn thing..a dirty room...I was pissed at this point..I was done...I went back to the office and I was upset and I told them that their rooms are dirty and no one has cleaned them..I want a refund now!!...Very dissatisfied...They gave me my money back too...This is not the place to stay!!!...If you want a clean place to lay your head avoid this one at all costs!😣😣😞

there was dust caked on the vents and ceilings, rat poop and blood/poop stains on the carpet, cabinet doors were broken off, bed bug residue in the beds, and toothpaste spit all over the sink.
