We came in after dark on Amtrak, so this was a few streets over from the station and a nice place to sleep overnight before heading up to Pismo Beach on the walking path near the beach. The room was great for the price. It seems like it was recently updated so no complaints from me. I booked it a few days before and everything worked out.

The WiFi was terrible. Better off not using it, but at least cell reception there was excellent so that made up for it somewhat. If you need wifi on your trip, you’ll probably want to stay somewhere else.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and quiet. Walk-in shower was a plus. Location is very close to the outlets and restaurants/shopping. Also very close to the monarch butterfly preserve.

I did not like the cash only deposit, which is only $100. The bed was extremely stiff. The two only downside

I love the fact it's next door to the enterprise, where you can rent a car easily for pickup and drop off. Food in the area is very walkable and the gas station as well. Divine Tai and sushi805 is recommended

The room seemed to stay cool even when the heater was on. A lot of noise in the upstairs rooms above my room on the first floor. However, I was given a choice and told this might happen.

There was no breakfast that I am aware of. The location was good. It is near some restaurants and very near the beach. I walk when I have gone to this area in the past, and the walk is easy and most everything one wants is accessible within a mile or so.

TV was very small, with very few outlets, and a slightly outdated main bedroom. there were 2 outlets and 3-4 appliances. we had to choose between a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a lamp, (I don't remember the last one). The cord to the mini-fridge did not reach the outlet that was about 3 feet above the floor.

The owner and the owner's wife went above and beyond my expectations. I asked for just a simple happy birthday note, but they provided a birthday card, balloons, 2 towels, and swans. very very nice people. The shower was pretty nice and modern and I loved the huge bed!

Value for “deluxe” king that only added an uncomfortable futon that didn’t end up getting used.

Good spot out of the crowds but Still close to the beach. Rooms had just what you need. Met a cat named Donald!

The people that work there the man that cleans was up all night talking to himself loudly walking down the hotel rooms. This man was keeping everyone up to the point where I and another person staying there cussed him out and told him he was trying to rest. This person told the man See!! when I opened my door to tell him something as well. He was sketchy as I stayed alone with my daughter there. Never again place was too expensive for the location and the little that hotel had overall it was clean but other than that I could’ve stayed somewhere else cheaper with more like breakfast included and a pool.

bed was very uncomfortable, tossed and turned all night and eventually did not sleep, bed bugs bite all night could not sleep, first walked in room greeted with an unusual smell, had to open door and windows to let smell out, fan was too loud, above unit noise could be heard specially loud stomping could not sleep, tv remote was not working properly, greeted with dead cockroach inside by the entry door.
