The room was dirty. Pretty sure the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The paint on the wall has not been painted where the light was moved. The curtains are not hung straight on the window. The lock on the door didn't work, and the worker said the lock battery was probably out of battery, so if we chose to leave our room, we would have been locked out .

It was a place to lay our head for the evening.

The couch (where my son had to sleep) looked like it was picked up off the side of the road. The sink was clogged, so it drained slowly, and in my family's room next door, the sink was completely clogged so they had to use mine. The curtains were partially broken which let light into the room.

The AC unit was nice and loud which helped me sleep, as I had forgotten to bring a fan. The location was good because it was easy to get to from the interstate. I was happy with the small refrigerator in the room.

No Bibles in the rooms. Shoddy work on room updates and maintenance of the room. A/C units weren't commensurate with size of the room and the filter was dirty. The toilet wasn't secure and would rock. The seat was elongated on a round toilet so it had to be raised in order to shut the bathroom door. No remote & no phone. The woman working the front desk was very rude.

It was on Historic Route 66. It was clean and comfortable. Front desk guy was reasonably friendly. Didn't encounter any shady or questionable people.

1. The wifi was not immediately accessible and was only available after multiple attempts by the owner to address it. 2. When I requested a light bulb for a lamp which was not working, the owner told me that the outlet was broken. My immediate thought was "If you knew this outlet was broken, why did you assign me this room?" There were at least 20 vacant rooms in this hotel. 3.There were also several structural problems with the room and premises. The curtain was worn and hanging down with a broken stick placed in front of window to prevent entry from the outside. The shower head had a 1/4 inch hole around it which could easily have been repaired with caulking. 4. The weather stripping under the door was worn and barely in place. This is an inexpensive part to replace. 5. Thin wood had been laid on the original floor to replace the carpeting. There were many gaps in the wood which made it appear that this job was poorly done and could have been done better by someone who was experienced in installation. 6. The ice machine was located in a corner room in which the door appeared to have been kicked in. It was falling apart and no attempt had been made to repair it. 6. It was clear to me that the owners invested a minimal amount to repair existing building problems.

The couple at reception were helpful and friendly. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and the satellite television worked perfectly.

The front desk attendant was extremely rude. She couldn’t make a second key for my roommate (even though she just made me one). The hotel room was dirty, the couch looked like it came from the dumpster. The blanket has cigarette burns on it, the sheets and pillowcases were stained. The a/c was ancient.

Trash around property. Flooring coming up in places. Exposed floor strip with sharp points. Broken toilet seat, toilet paper holder and hole in shower wall. Broken fridge and chewed gum on microwave.

I arrived late to sleep. The room is very old and things show signs of wear and tear. No fridge. I wanted to shower, no shampoo or conditioner No soap even to wash hands In the morning I thought to shower with water..the hot water does not work..no phone in room to try to call reception Towels stained and looks dirty I booked king bed..Given two queen beds!! I would have better slept in my car as cleaner and nicer! Total disaster
