It looked nothing like the pictures showed. The whole hotel was run down. The pool was nasty. Staff was rude. Way over priced for what it was. Very disappointing.

I could not understand the man who checked us in. The "Lobby" was stifling hot. The room had a huge hole in the wall. The room was just creepy.

The room was covered in a fine layer of sand upon entry- the key card barely worked and was a constant struggle to use to open the door, the door knob pins itself would stick in so you'd have to jiggle the handle constantly to get it to close. The majority of the other people staying there were dealing drugs or something, there was constant quick traffic in and out of several different rooms as well as occasional police traffic. There was a 2inch gap under the door and about a quarter inch gap all all the way around the door (so all outside noise and traffic was heard). The *walls* were dirty- the floor was sticky, there was cigarette burns in the bed spreads despite it being a non smoking hotel. There was also a $10 per day per pet fee I wasn't expecting so our total cost was $80 higher than I was quoted through the website- the difference in which we would have stayed somewhere else. There wasn't an alarm clock- an ice bucket, nor a coffee maker, the microwave was like a 100 watt microwave so all heating took 5x longer than it should have... There was only 2 thin small towels in our room (booked for three people- thankfully we brought beach towels with us.) The beds were also uncomfortable (all springs.)

The room was large. It *could* be a nice place to stay if it had been cleaned, had weather stripping on the doors, alarm clocks, towels and new bed spreads.... it is close to grocery stores and not too far from the beach.

Bathroom was dirty. Beds had not been cleaned. There was hair all over them and stains. We pulled back the covers on one bed and it looked like someone had, had sex in that bed the night before. We requested clean sheets and instead of bringing them up to us. They made us come down to get them ourselves. Our mini fridge was broken and on the walkway outside our door. Our PEEPHOLE was missing!!! You could see straight into our room right at our beds. We had to put toilet paper in it to feel slightly at ease. The room also smelled weird.

Closeness to the beach. The wall color in the room. The lighting in the bathroom.

Bed bugs and they had cockroaches. The front door looked like someone had kicked it in. The door lock was busted. The bathroom door was also kicked in and busted and wouldnt stay shut. Did I say bed bugs. The sink dripped horribly and had no hot water. The film in the tub was disgusting. The microwave was infested with roaches. You couldn't sleep on their couch or the bed because of the bed bugs. Someone else's socks were left behind the bed. We paid for 10 days and left early. It was just overall disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. F*cking Disgusting. When the man was told about the bed bugs. He came in with bed bug spray and left it sit. It was left sitting in plain sight. The management asked for it to be moved because it was bad advertisement. Just BAD BAD BAD. The cleaning lady was rude as hell too. 🖕🏽👎🏽

Roaches, torn couch, broken table in room, the bath tub was dirty, no extra towels, no phone to even call for assistance. Had to sleep with the lights on so I could make sure no bugs would come near the bed.

This was the most terrible experience I ever made. It all starts with corridors that are full of junk and garbage. There are shopping carts full of waste standing around. There is junk blocking the corridors wherever you look. When you enter the room, do not turn on the lights. You might be shocked! There is a sofa that looks like someone got murdered on it. Everything you touch is sticky and filthy. The bed was full of strange red/brown spots that looked like blood. The towels had the same spots. The bathtub was disgusting. Everything is very dirty and full of roaches. We decided that we had to leave after 5 minutes in that room. The other rooms looked similar from what we saw through the windows, so a room change was no option. I reported this to the reception lady who started to argue that the spots on the bed where not blood. Dear Madam, should you read this: I do NOT want to know WHAT it was! Believe me - blood would be the most harmless option! From all 14 (good!) Motels we chose on our roadtrip, this was the most expensive one and we did not get a single penny back. We paid them for nothing! The pictures on Booking.com are a scam and do not show the real conditions. I don't know how someone can care so less about the condition of his Motel, but the amount of disrespect towards customers is unbelievable. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

My friends rented a room at this hotel too and they immediately texted us that they were leaving to buy roach spray so when we got there an hour later I saw that the quality of this hotel is worse than an motel that would be worth $45 a night just to pay for a bed. We stayed this first night because it was too late to rent a different place. In the morning i turned in my card and asked to be refunded for the rest of the stay considering the condition of the rooms. They said nothing was wrong with the rooms and it could not be refunded and to report it to the website if it's so bad. I really tried to reason with them as to not embarrass them because it's obvious that they're struggling but it's uninhabitable. This place should be shut down until the remodeling and inspection is done. It's not livable at all with holes in the walls, also very dirty with flys, cockroaches, and dead crickets. There are machine parts and broken A/C units everywhere and there are no amenities at all even though advertised in the pictures. The pipes barely ran water and there was mold in the holes in the walls and broken glass under the bed. Honestly the pictures seem like they're from a very very long time ago or of a completely location that actually HAS been remodeled. It was $200 plus a $50 deposit so not a crazy cost for 3 days at first look but hopefully i can get some of it back.
