The beds were a little hard to lay on but other then that, it was perfect.

I really enjoyed the kindness and hospitality of person that was at the front desk, he was very polite and friendly personality. Unfortunately I had only a couple hours there when I received a family emergency phone call and had to rush back home and had to end my stay, but I’ll return there again.

The occupants in an adjacent room were a bit noisy, talkng loudly. The next time, we would stay in the rear rooms of the motel, a bit more quiet.

Meticulously maintained. Manny, the manager, was very friendly and informative. We would definitely go back.

There was a used towel in our bathroom and the door to the bathroom didn't quite fit (had to slam it), but that was not even a problem. Loved the stay!!

Location was easy, staff was great, the room was super comfy and a perfect size. The privacy was nice too (meaning the curtains were nice and really blocked the window)

I was greeted by the owner who was gracious and accommodating. Room was very comfortable and clean. Office was also clean and updated. When I checked in, there was only a room for that night but when I indicated I would prefer two nights, owner noted my desire and later in the day, when a vacancy opened up, he gave me a call.

The road was very busy, but that's not the host's fault.

The room was large and clean. The staff was very friendly. Price performance also fits great. Unfortunately, the hotel was located on a very busy street, which we would not have expected with this hotel name. But in the immediate vicinity are beautiful localities and these are even within walking distance. All in all super accommodation and gladly again.

This is just so minuscule but… please don’t offer a combination of shampoo/conditioner. Just buy and offer them separately as a complimentary perk. The combo tube is less than satisfactory. Thanks so much for asking!

I always like some sort of breakfast fare included but most places in this area do not. There is a coffee maker and coffee in the room, a quiet fridge and a microwave.

We stayed seven nights and this provided a perfect clean and quiet place to rest. The owner and staff are very accommodating, the property is well maintained, and the location is close to food, shopping and UCONN.

The only recommendation I would make would be a suction grab bar for bathtub/shower for the elderly. An anti-slip bath mat for inside the tub. This is based on my husband's age and agility. Those items should only be made available when requested. Just a suggestion 😁

We spent 2 weeks at this Inn, the owner is exceptional! The room was super clean! Our housekeeping person, Lisa,was so sweet, friendly and accommodating. This is a family run business that goes above and beyond to keep everyone happy! We had a king bed, with refrigerator and microwave. There is also a desk area. Brooklyn, CT is a small town with everything you need in a very short drive. Dunkin donuts, Walmart (the best Wal-Mart I have ever been in) McDonald's, a nice restaurant and many more things with just a 3 minute drive!! I would stay at this location again and again!

The only thing I didn't like has nothing to do with the hotel or the staff, merely the location it is in. UberEats is not a good option out there. If you want restaurant food, your best bet is to pick it up or eat at a restaurant, as the delivery fees out there, for what few restaurants deliver through UberEats, are $10-25, on top of the inflated food prices and other fees that Uber charges. I'm used to the suburbs, this area is a lot more rural than I'm used to staying.

The place was very quiet and very clean. I wouldn't have known other guests were there, save for the other cars in the lot. The couple who runs the place is as sweet as can be and they clearly care about what they do. They had a detailed sheet with information on everyone around that you might need, which was very helpful.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities were very comfortable and well-maintained. I enjoyed talking with the gentleman who maintained the flowers.
