Wish the pool was a bit more enclosed from the room we were in. Parking lot could be repainted. Otherwise we were pleased.

Highway noise. No more loud drunks in parking lot!

Glad they closed raunchy little bar off side of lobby, now it’s more pleasant around front areas. Great location - dinner, c-store, etc, all very short walk.

Breakfast was better than expected. They had an omelette station that was really good. The staff were all very friendly.

Breakfast was fairly better then I expected. Very good for stopping for the day when the interstate gets shut down. Staff are very helpful and friendly trying to help me figure out a way around the I80 closure so I could keep moving as Rock Springs isn't a very interesting town (designed for locals and trucks) but that's no fault of the hotels.

I normally don't have anything that I dislike. This time, we felt like the breakfast was a little thrown together. The sausages and the potatoes look like they've been there for weeks. We're usually in love with their omelets they seemed a little different this time and a lot more greasy. But that was a fluke thing, this motel is normally consistent so I definitely will stay again.

We love the Clarion we stopped there every year when we go to Boise for Christmas. It's our favorite place.

The lighting in the pool area was a little dim for me. You can hear through the bedroom doors a little too well. But our stay was very quiet since there were not any noisy guest outside.

The location was great. They let us check in early. Breakfast was GREAT and the pool was large. I also loved the 3 queen bed room option for my large family.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Having a good restaurant attached to the hotel was great. And can’t say enough about the omelette station option for breakfast. Definitely the best included breakfast I have ever had at

Front desk was so welcoming. Room clean , quiet and bed just right. Restaurant right in building and other Restaurants within walking distance. But what was really good was the made to order omelets with all the regular breakfast fixings. It was very nice to start out your day. Thank you

I didn't like that there was no one at the front desk when we arrived or when we left. The lady stays in a back office where you can't see her and we had to call out for her before she came to help us, she also is not very welcoming or friendly. Also the AC in our room didn't work which made the room feel stuffy. Thankfully we were able to open the window for some air.

Hotel was clean and beautiful. Breakfast is ok. And I really like that you can provide luggage carts, that is very helpful.

We stayed here a year ago, so a return trip. The breakfast was very good, plenty of space & made to order omelettes. The bathroom lighting could be brighter over the vanity area. Nice size rooms with comfy beds.

Only one of two keys worked when we arrived and then on our second night there, we got back a little late and neither key worked. Had to go to the desk and have them make 2 new ones.

Very clean facility, though we did not try out the pool or spa tub this trip. Breakfast was awesome with the omelette bar, hot and fresh with a cold glass of OJ.

Squidgy/overly soft pillows. Receptionist friendliness varied. Couldn't read the hand-writing for the wi-fi password (beware of 6s that look like 4s! :-) and had to go and ask for clarification at reception.

Large, comfy bed (other than pillows) and room. Fantastic breakfast and breakfast staff.
