The hairdryer, had one prong, broken, and dust was obviously not functional. The coffee maker also did not work.

The property was clean and had adequate resources. Though a few of the items were not functional.

The sheets were paper thin, the tub looked like it was separating from the wall, the faucet was a little loose and the door did not have a tight close. It would lock but there was a gap. The bed was definitely not a king which is what I reserved.

I reserved a room online. I was charged a fee for the reservation which is fine. I get to the hotel and the guy tells me they have no rooms available and that the reservation fee will be refunded. As were talking I get a notification from my bank that I was just charged 150$ from oyo which was the price for the room for the 2 nights. Why are you charging me for the room when you're telling me you're fully booked....he tells me it will take 7-14 days for my money to be refunded...

I booked, was confirmed, and paid ahead-- and when I arrived was told I didn't have a room-- they were booked. I called OYO customer service and they could not help me. - I am concerned it is a scam since the OYO customer service has no record of my confirmation. -- go elswhere if you can.

A ROOM

I was very disappointed with the reservation. You all booked me for a room that was not available. I traveled to brownsville hoping to have a room. When i got there the manager told me there was no room available. I had to travel all the way back to memphis to my home to spend my night. I had to travel back to brownsville the next morning for my appointment.I was very dissapointed with the experience. I do not think i will ever book another room with your hotel.(VERY DISSAPOINTED GUEST)

Breakfast needs a little work but the fresh fruit and the oj was good.

Staff amazing, beds very comfortable, awesome water pressure in shower. Will definitely stay there again. Staying at any hotel on new years Eve you expect some noise but nothing loud it was a great stay.

Booking.com listing rooms available at a hotel where there were no actual rooms available. The one Maggie kindly cleaned for us was very decent for the night, but clearly in the middle of a cosmetic renovation. There should be better communication with hotels. She had to turn away several customers who came in after we did.

My daughters and I were en route from OKC to Nashville when we found ourselves near Brownsville with a flat tire. Once the spare was in place, we knew we would not safely reach Nashville without a new tire and found ourselves looking for the closest place to sleep. The OYO Brownsville was at the right price point since our planned lodgings in Nashville were now forfeit for the night. When we arrived, Maggie explained apologetically that the motel was overbooked and had been for days and that Booking.com was not properly displaying that. When she learned that we were a mom and three daughters who had had a roadside emergency, she cleaned a room for us at 11:30 p.m. so that we would have a safe place to sleep. Then, she and her husband directed us the closest place to replace our tire the following morning. While the circumstances were not ideal, Maggie was amazing! I will always remember her kindness.
