Noisy Sticky bathroom floor

Ground level room close to accommodations & fairly quiet, which was great.

I paid for "Good View" but View was looking @ a "Dennys" eateries. That wasn't what I paid for.

The refrigerator had ice build up so it wasn't even cold. The place was dusty, we couldn't get cold water. Only had hot or warm and no plug to to take a bath. Soap dispenser barely worked. It was definitely an old place.

The girl at the counter was great!

Fitted sheet on the bed had stains. I took it to the front desk and they were out of fitted sheets so I had to use a standard sheet to put over the mattress

I accidentally selected the smoking room - I was prepared for the cigarette smell. What I want prepared for was the burns on the comfier, completely stained flooring, the bathroom looked like someone tried to DIY a renovation but failed. There were bugs. And, the room door jiggled on the frame anytime someone walked by or the wind blew - I had to push my table against the door to ensure it stayed closed. The glass in the windows either needs sealed or replaced as air came in to the point that the curtains were moving in the wind. I set the AC on 68, but it didn't run to that temperature and was stifling hot. The website reflects a free breakfast, but there was none.

The staff was nice.

We'd had a friend stay the prior year and he hated, so our expectations were pretty low. However, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice everyone was and with the room. We will definitely stay there again.

Strong smell of marijuana from the bathroom, cigarette burns in the bedding. No venting in the bathroom and no drain stop to use the bathtub.

There is nothing to say about what I liked. Just needed a place to stay.

The whole 15 minute experiment that we was there.

Booked here because we suffered From a power outage. Received the key to the room. As soon as we set our belongings down we noticed a thick layer of dust on our luggage. My spouse grabbed a rag from the bathroom to whip the desk that our luggage was on and the dust/hair filled the rag. With further inspection, my spouse opened the drawers (while I checked the a/c unit) and discovered cockroaches along with cigarettes butts and ashes inside the drawer and dead cockroaches inside the a/c unit. The carpet looked like it wasn’t vacuumed in a year and the tv didn’t work (a man’s worst nightmare). We had to immediately leave the room! We went to the front desk and told them what we seen. They did say they would give us a full refund.. We are still waiting on that refund (a women’s worst nightmare).

The smoke smell was overpowering, the walls and everything were dirty, there was mold on things, The dirt on the filters was insane, the door handle was about to come off, asked for another room was told they were booked and given the bottle of odorban spray which at least to care of the overpowering smell. I didn't expect this room to be much of anything but I did expect it to be clean!

That they had 'Odorban' spray. Never heard of it but that stuff worked amazingly to get rid of the overpowering smoke smell all weekend.

Water to toilet turned off, we turned it back on, had to turn off after each flush or it continued to run, washers hanging from handle inside tank. Shower and surrounding area BLACK. The room was not clean. Totally disgusting!!!
