Dirty didn’t clean room between days even when asked

Could be cleaner. The sheets had some hair on it but there wasn’t any stains or anything. Carpet needs to be ripped out.

That it is 24 hours. Beds were comfy and AC/Heat worked good. I only needed a place to sleep and it worked perfectly for that reason. I wouldn’t stay here long term.

The reservation was lost and their computers were all screwed up. Plus they were doing renovations so the rooms were a little off

Zero housekeeping, no clean towels. Staff was polite and housekeeping manager always tried her best to move us.

The location, and for the price it was what you should expect. We stayed 3 weeks and never once received housekeeping, we had to move rooms three times instead of them cleaning our room, the ceiling would fall on the floor from movement upstairs. But like I said it was for work and we got what we paid for.

The cleanliness seems to be going down a little more since my stay last year, as I had garbage in the dresser drawers. there was glass on the walkway to my room from another another rooms window being busted out at some point. I noticed a cleaning staff member walk into a dirty room with a lit cigarette, when the rooms are non smoking. disappointed breakfast had not been brought back since Covid restriction have been lifted. Pool was never swept clean of debris, and it closes early in the evening when the sun is still out. Good parts is the staff was very kind as they always have been in previous stays. have always loved the layout of where the pool is in the courtyard, and the biggest reason I choose this motel for my stays yearly. the price is always a good and reasonable. Overall stay was good, just needs to be up kept a little more.

Outdated, no complimentary breakfast (website clearly states that there would breakfast), no ice machine, non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes (had to sign agreement that I wouldn't smoke in my room), those smoking in their rooms it wafted into my room, toilet backed up though to no fault of our own (we had to fix it), no complimentary products (soap, shampoo/conditioner, or lotion), no coffee machine in the room, no cups to drink any water out, dusty, couldn't visit the lobby from 3pm-7am (had to talk through a window)

That it was clean and at least convenient to the location we needed to go and was pet friendly. Staff in lobby was friendly

I had to pee really bad when I got there after hours of driving but couldn't come inside to check in and use lobby bathroom.. So I had to hold it the entire time I checked in thru a tiny window outside. Once I got to the room, I realized I was sharing it with multiple other "guests".. roaches 🪳... Didn't sleep well because I was constantly waking up thinking I felt something crawling on me.. But, on a positive note.. the water pressure is great in the shower 👌

It was dark and raining when we arrived. The hotel is set back from the road and there was no way to see any sign for the hotel.

I didn't like the bad dog smell that was in my room. I didn't like that it wasn't any breakfast. Also I didn't like that I had to have a $100 cash deposit before getting my room.

I liked the big space room. I liked the pool. I also liked how friendly the staff was.

bathroom was not up to code- calking, plumbing and ceiling repair, water balance. too much hot water. Carpet stained and worn so had a dirty appearance. Property pretty run down and in need of maintenance from the driveway (broken concrete and broken depression) to the rooms. chair in room worn out.

Easy access on and off the highway. Bed comfortable.
