This is more like a motel, not a hotel. Pillows or pillow cases looked dirty, so we bought some Pillows and used them at the hotel.

Bed was comfortable. We just needed a place to crash for 1 night without paying for a car payment cost of room. It was very cheap compared to other ones across the highway.

There were bugs in the room. Not roaches or bed bugs. But lots of other bugs. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

Bed was a bit too soft for bad backs. No tissues or coffee in rooms. There wasn't much in the rooms except a bed, dresser and nightstand and the room was large so felt very empty.

The toilet was great and the pillows even though we only got two for a queen size bed. Free parking and great coffee in the office. This is a basic sleep place.

It was right across the street from a truck stop and was noisy; however, I was able to drown out the noise with the fan feature on the air conditioning/heating unit, which made it fine.

The edges of the curtain let in a lot of light from outside. There wasn’t any Kleenex available, and only one bar of soap for the sink and for your shower. But mostly, it was the two small bugs I found in my bed at different times; but they weren’t bedbugs. And the bed was not very comfortable and my back hurt the next day.

The room was clean, The refrigerator and microwave worked well and it consistently had hot water. The walls were thick enough, that you barely heard anyone in the next room.

I was pleasantly surprised that the least expensive stay in Lebanon was as nice as it was. I also prefer a place where you can park your car outside of the entrance to the room. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable with a good sized mini refrigerator and a freezer compartment that actually kept a food item frozen.

Infested with roaches, dirty, the owners were extremely rude. The man working the front was not helpful when I advised about the roaches. The owner said they didn't see any roaches when they turned over the room, even though I caught one in the ice bucket and set it infront of the door and they just put it back in the room. I sent the owner pictures with location data and timestamps. They weren't going to do anything about it. She hung up on me and was really nasty on the phone even though I was respectful to her. They did refund one of my two night stay after talking on the phone for a while, and the woman arguing I should have left in the middle of the night as a single female alone, who had to work the next morning at 6am. They had no other rooms and everywhere was booked because of the event i was in town to photograph. Don't stay here.

The hotel allowed people to run back and forth from room to room and BBQ in the parking lot with at least 15 people ,worst hotel I have ever stayed in, my wife was so scared to stay we left just approximately 3hrs after checking in.
