The evening staff was rude, antagonistic, impenitent, belligerent, and nasty. During my first stay at the motel, my key card stop working although our reservation had not expired and he refused to re-issue me another key card and after i reproved him the following day, he held a grudge and during my next stay he wielded a faction between me and other employees and said to one to not accept any more reservations i make. Because of this i will never book a room at Motel 6 ever again.

The motel had a great swimming pool, an excellent cable selection, and coffee in the lobby available in the daytime.

The bathroom floor was coming up. When I went and told them the heater wasn't working. They said I could check out because it was after 11 am I told them. The room was cold never got warm. So I had to deal with it because it was non refundable.

pool looked gross, not much grass area for pets to go potty, room could’ve been cleaner, floor could’ve been moped. wasn’t the best but definitely wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed

Property needs work. The room was clean but the floors felt sticky. Shower room didn't have body towels, just hand towels. Housekeeping was not respectful of time wanting to clean before checkout time and hearing how other rooms were being barged into and housekeeping apologizing for the intrusion. Check out is at 11am, therefore, they should not be trying to clean rooms before that time. Other than that, outside noise was minimal, rested ok. The front desk clerk was nice.

I liked the location and the price per night was lower than other places.

No bathroom fan. Maids left floors wet, with puddles. Maids moved items. Tv made it difficult to switch to hdmi for netflix off laptop. Wifi was very slow. Shower needs a prostate exam.

Quick access to i35 to get into austin.

Beds too small. The older man was rude and when asked for supplies (toiletries) he said they were out. Like a motel out. Wow. No extra towels were given when asked. Please fix.

One of our lights wasn’t working which wasn’t a huge deal. The bed was not comfortable at all and we only had 3 small pillows (small as a sham pillow). Thankfully the a/c worked and we didn’t have access to any water. We had ice but the only vending machine there only had soda and it wasn’t even working.

Had to get the TV remote from office, 2, first one didn’t work. No clue why they don’t keep them in the room. A\C wasn’t that great. Pool was kinda murky, no shampoo. Grounds had a lot of trash. Room was clean though.

It’s about the halfway point for my grands to get picked up by mom and dad. It’s close to a lot of things

I travel to Round Rock/Austin frequently for business and work into the wee hours of the morning so I don’t get back in until very late. I asked the day clerk when I checked in if I could have a late check out and he said would 12:00 be fine? I said yes that would really help versus their normal check out between 10:00a-11:00a. So the next morning I get a call from the front desk at 10:45a asking me if I was checking out and I explained that I had arranged the day before for a 12:00p late check out. The clerk told me that they didn’t do 12:00p check outs. I said but your clerk told me yesterday evening when I checked in that it would be fine. He repeated that they didn’t do 12:00p check outs. So that left me with less than 15 minutes to get my stuff packed and ready to leave back out of town. I’ll never stay there again. Not to mention on other occasions when I’ve stayed there I could smell weed from other people’s balconies when I was checking in. I didn’t like the vibe there.

The economical price during a time when hotel prices have become exorbitant.
