Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

To top it all off wayyyy to expensive for what we got. Phone was missing buttons and all like really? Tv didn’t even work. I would not recommend this place ever!

United StatesWhen I had first walked in the room, it smelled a lot like cigarettes and it took a while for the scent to ware off. I didn’t appreciate how the website, it states that there was supposedly “free breakfast” offer for guests and that there was supposed to have a microwave inside the room but the microwave wasn’t even connected and it was very dirty inside. It made me not even want to warm up my food (even if it were to be connected).
I liked the location of the property because it was near to the festival I was heading towards. I also did like that the parking is available for only guests. Also forgot to mention that the beds were okay, clean and did its job to be comfy in the end.

United StatesI did not like the fact that I paid so much for a smelly room. Also, the door lock was broken and the room was not esthetically pleasant. I wanted to borrow a pen and a piece of paper to write something that came to mind. The clerk at the front desk kept telling me to bring it back multiple times. I had to remind him that I paid over $1,000 for 3 nights in this crappy motel room and that borrowing a pen and a blank piece of paper should not be so difficult.
I liked the fact that it was close to Rolling Loud location.
