Noisy air conditioning. In the middle of renovation in dining area so had to go into town for the complimentary breakfast with limited choice that did not include coffee!

Well located to the Main St. Walking distance to everything. Rooms clean and comfortable. There was an armchair and comfortable desk chair so we could both sit down in a chair rather than one on the bed.

We wanted to stay 45 min over the checkout time. I mentioned to night frontdesk and he said u can tell the morning person. Morning lady was not at desk when i went, plus did not pick phone. When we were around 25 min overstaying, she came and mentioned no one informed and she wanted us out as cleaning person are waiting. Sounded pretty rude. Everything else was great.

It says that breakfast is included in the tariff, which is not complety true, it neccesary to go to other location, a restaurant where you have to pay for the drinks and tips. So it's a little tricky, becouse the breakfast is not totally included and it is somethng should be clarify before booking..

Shower and sink was leaking in our room.

Easy access to food and very close to Badlands NP. Comfortable bed. Free snacks were offered with check in. Local partnership with businesses in town. Free breakfast at local restaurant.

The room was big, clean and you have everything that you need. The breakfast is not served in the hotel. You get a voucher for the Badland saloon. The pancakes at the saloon were very good.

We just stayed here one quick night, getting in late and leaving early. It was everything we needed. The shower pressure was fantastic! The Wi-Fi worked well. The beds were comfortable.

Better tub mat

Did not have the breakfast as we were traveling across country & left at 6 am. We did however eat at the local steakhouse Salty Steer (the hotel have coupons for (2) free drink here). Great burgers!!! Pete the hotel clerk was very friendly. Would stay again definitely!

The squeaky floors in the bathroom area, I bet the people below us were going crazy while we were dressing.

The curtains didn't quite cover the whole window letting a lot of light in, I like a dark room. The room could have been a touch cleaner but it wasn't bad enough that I wouldn't stay again.

Pete was very nice and accommodating. The room was comfy. The bed was very comfy and the TV was huge. I liked the shower with the rain head. The room decor was very relaxing. There was a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator which is always a plus! It was a quiet hotel with a great location. We received vouchers for free drinks and for breakfast at local restaurants downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

My only complaint: No onsite laundry, although there was a laundry mat very close by. The laundry mat was not very good. It was dirty with numerous washers and dryers out of order☹️.

It was my first stay at an American Best Value with a very good impression . Pete was very helpful. It was a nice added touch to get some coupons with a short walk to town. Thanks!

Needed blankets on bed. 'Breakfast included' is falsely stated on this site. The hotel has NO breakfast on site. They give you a coupon to a restaurant you would need to drive to to get a very limited offering of free items (with more items you can pay for).

Communication was easy. The room was very large. Beds comfy. Nice bedside reading lamp.

Was told I couldn't get a receipt upon check out as I booked through a third party but I have never had a problem getting one from any other place I have stayed booking the same way.
