The bed was very hard. And I expected a queen bed and it was only a full size. Pillows were nice though. Overall it’s a very nice place and I would definitely recommend.

Great rate and the room was clean with lots of extras you don’t get in a budget hotel. It has a microwave, fridge and coffee pot with complimentary coffee and sugar. There’s even a blow dryer in the bathroom. Will definitely stay again!

I work 7pm - 5:30am and the cleaning crew is absurdly loud playing music from their phones on full volume or talking loud like they’re actually not standing in a echoing hallway. Pets shouldn’t be allowed. I get off work and sleep for 3 hours before staff, dogs or people banging their doors wake me up for good. The internet is also dodgy and I need it for work as well.

Front desk staff is always friendly and cooperative.

a/c was a little weak in my room, hall was colder than my room lol, set at 61 degrees... others in my group had no problems with their A/C"s

Staff not friendly, had an "I don't care" attitude

Just a middle grade hotel, could have been cleaner and kept up better. Would guess in a few years it wouldn't be worth stopping at unless management starts changing things.

Clean and quiet. Couldn’t hear the highway. Pool was as also clean (too bad I didn’t have a bathing suit!) beds comfortable, staff were as nice.

The fake wood floors had not been mopped in awhile. When I picked up bath mat down after my shower it was quite brown on the bottom. The walls had specks and splats of who knows what on them.

The hotel seems ok in the pictures but it is really not very clean and they use a very strong floral deodorizer to try to make up for it.

The hotel is old and very outdated. The sign outside says recently remodeled, but that had to be years ago. It was not clean, we had to ask for an ice bucket and hairdryer. The towels were like sandpaper, and very cheap tp and tissues. There is no elevator, and we were on 2nd floor with lots of luggage. Very small breakfast room, with a limited breakfast. Our 3rd day there, everything was cold for breakfast.

The office workers were very nice and helpful. Happy for free parking and lots of it.

Friendly and very helpful staff, fast check-in, excellent location. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms are well lit, all electrics worked, great shower, very clean bathroom. I will certainly use this hotel again iftrave;;ing between Tucson and Yuma.

More parking?

The staff was outstanding. The room was clean and had several USB ports so I could charge all of my electronics. I have stayed here several times and each time they have made some improvements. Thanks for the breakfast and hot coffee!

Struggled to get into my room, staff knowingly booked a room with a faulty door.

The room was filthy. The floor was dirty, there were blood spots and filth on the wall in the bedroom and bathroom. There were stains on the sheet and the bed spread was filthy.

The internet was intermittent and the satellite tv did not work either. I mentioned this to the receptionist but nothing was done to rectify the situation.

There is no elevator. Hallways and stairs need to be cleaned better. This is an older hotel. Don't expect miracles.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite and it was really large and comfortable. It had a extra large refrigerator and lots of TV channels. The air conditioning and the hot water worked well. The hotel was quiet and safe. There were plenty of extra pillows. The room had two sinks with one outside the bath door. There is an extra large closet that would be food for an extended stay.
